It seems like eons ago, but it was less than a decade. The days when busting on Freemasonry with a couple of side dishes of Illuminati and New World Order was the rage instead of a different arbitrary scapegoat. Those were the good old days when you could count on the Gematrinator to pump out an occasional new cipher or tout some alleged esoteric rule out to justify a decode. And as these rules and changes to the rules (often just for a single decode) he’d do what a good psychic would do. Read the audience - see what the middle level people in the MLM scheme took a shine to. Promote the hell out of it for the extra attention. And if it was ignored and didn’t take off, just dismiss it like a bad dream that didn’t really happen.
But these convoluted and often contradictory rules get out there on to the Misinformation Superhighway they don’t get challenged and the “Truth Community” has zero interest in finding anything resembling a coherent narrative. Today if you want 11 to not be reduced to 2, that’s cool. Tomorrow you do want it to be 2. That’s even more cool. This is the price that’s paid in the effort to outstupid others to garner maximum engagement immediately instead of long term fame and glory for doing something meaningful and impactful on the world around us.
One of the biggies in those bygone days of Freemason bashing was the master builder number. A special number that supposedly was extra magical and used by the Freemasons who didn’t actually do a lot of gematria. I think the story goes like this. 11 and 22 regularly show up in the ordinal ciphers as single letters, and you need an excuse to not reduce them to 2 and 4 respectively. Then 33 is special to the Freemasons because of their 33 degrees or levels. So that’s 33, not 6 when decoding more than one letter. Or decoding one letter in some bizarre cipher probably concocted by some drugged out spiritualist or the Gematrinator himself. The icing on the cake, Freemasons have the craftsmen reputation and *build* things. And MASTER builder number sounds way cooler than hypocritical arbitrarily reduced or not scapegoat mocking number.
This morning, we have someone trying to outstupid the giants of yesteryear. First of all there’s a case to be made for the alleged master numbers being just 11,22, and 33. For example:

This genius adds 44 to the list and implies with etc… that all the double digit numbers are master hypocrite builder numbers. And then immediately proceeds to alter the unalterable 33 to 23 and 3+3. That is some brazen make up your bullshit as you go along decoding. If that doesn’t get the attention of Zach or Derek or whatever clique leader it is you’re trying to impress I can’t help you. Or if you’re striking out on your own - make sure your stories are as lurid as possible. That’s the key instead of the actual decodes themselves. Arbitrarily changing rules is an attention grabbing you’ve reached the middle level of the cult pyramid quality that can earn you the glory jobs of attacking competing sports decoders social media and the target of a patented angry Zach rant in the near future.
