That's an old Latverian surname and although my records indicate there was no "Lucy Forcertain" there was a Linus, and you never know if the family was a Peanuts fan. (Victor von Forcertain is the most famous member of the lineage. He preferred to be known as Forcertain Doom, or Dr. Doom.)
