Know Your Grifter Tactics - Overuse of Hashtags

Sure, we get it.  You’re into occult stuff like astrology and gematria and the ether.  But gosh is this overkill or what.  If you’ve already mentioned #astrology you don’t really need to throw in #aquarius and #pisces and what have you got against the other ten signs?!??

#up #down #left #right #center  - seems like you lack a clear…direction.  On what your post is supposed to represent and mean.  #viral and #hot.  Because sure, hot makes sense along with all that other stuff…not.  Just because you use #viral doesn’t mean your post is or should be going viral.

You actually just need #gematria alone to do the job.  As soon as you mention gematria we know you have no clue what you’re talking about. #And#breaking#up#your#post#with#a#billion#different#hashtags#makes#you#look#like#a#fucking#idiot.  You don’t need to do it, the word gematria alone does that.  It’s a low level influencer wannabe engagement trick.  Instead of taking the time to become Joe Rogan and contradict yourself weeks or months apart you just throw maximum shit against the wall in one post and see what sticks.  Maybe someone was looking for a nice horoscope and never heard of ether before.  Whoa, look at all these #s this weirdo put up.  Teach me more.  Teach me how to not research and look into your posting history and see that despite the occasional gematria reference you don’t really actually put up gematria and gematriots.  Just the word.  And that’s all it is, hollow words with no true intellect or thought behind them.  No deep analysis of how Pisces = 71 and what that means on the day you put this up.  No effort.  Just a lazy headline with no article to read and review.

We’ve seen this account before, but there’s been a couple others on Bluesky lately.  Throwing in a #gematria along with not really doing a whole lot of gematria.  It comes off as a lazy pick up artist at a seedy bar.  Tell me more about yourself and your cybertruck!  Well, I’m also into gematria.  You know, uh, umm…11!  Yeah 11 is really cool.  Oh you stud!  Ravage me now or I may do grievous bodily harm to myself!

Just watch out that cybertruck doesn’t explode.  People who use a billion different hashtags don’t care about quality, just quantity.

Mental Hoarding

Just like the early days of the conspiracy gematria boom there are still people who need to clean the mental fridge or maybe even buy a brand new one.

One of the fundamental aspects of changing from nomadic hunter-gatherer to tribes was the recognition that food with a longer, well, shelf life, could be saved for later.  Pile up rocks over those extra berries you picked you couldn’t eat.  Save them for later, as long as you knew the hiding spot and marked it carefully and - nobody else stole it before your return.  Then when advanced to the point extra crops were produced on purpose, your hiding place was no longer a secret.  The Mongols knew where your city was.  It was just a matter of being better at taking stuff than the hoarders were at defending it.

There’s a gradient on what it is saving something for later and what is useless hoarding.  A person getting paid once a year would pretty much need to save some for later instead of buying a year’s supply up front.  Parents who expect to send their kid to college could create a per paycheck deposit into a college fund, tucking away a bit each paycheck.  Someone who listens to a storm warning and flocks to the store to stock up, that might be ok but people are idiots and tend to go overboard, buying perishables they won’t get to before they spoil.  And the extreme other end is the multi billionaire who hoards wealth just because they think it’s fun and in reality it doesn’t do any good to society as a whole.

You can find the mental hoarder through the truther tactic of the shill game.  That’s where a clique leader will put out content about how they, Truther A, are the real deal while Truther B is a shill and not to be trusted.  Truther A’s flock travels to Truther B’s domain armed with instructions to antagonize and maybe convert some of the Truther B flock over to the right side.  And their mental fridge is stocked with the same cognitive biases that both Truthers use to extract money from them.

I see it all the time.  Someone who swears they are intelligent and unbiased will talk about how they aren’t racist.  Then they will get triggered to shut off critical thinking as soon as the political buzzwords are present.  Damn it I hate those (commie liberals/fascist conservatives).  Someone who swears that betting on sports with gematria will pop into comments on a video that is discussing apophenia in religious interpretation and swear they understand the apophenia message but obviously show they are sold on the legitimacy of sports gematria.  The alumni association is perfectly fine with you slandering the wrong team by adding in hostile disinformation in addition to your donation to the annual fund.  Both sides know where the other city’s fridges are.

One of the best ways to avoid identity theft is to have an identity not worth stealing.  If you clean out your fridge regularly your cousin won’t steal that fried chicken you were saving for tomorrow.  If you don’t overdo purchases you won’t throw out thousands of dollars a year of unused and spoiled lunch meat, milk and unfinished Chinese takeout.

Politically the idea of us versus them boils down to how much change you are willing to accept and want.  Do you want to conserve the old traditions, embrace moving forward or fall somewhere between the two poles?  Do you want to embrace the old traditions which have some useful social value (thou shalt not steal the fried chicken from your cousin’s fridge) or do you want to admit that maybe you need to understand that there’s some benefit to vaccines and give up on the idea that the Earth is only thousands of years old?  In the meantime, there are bad actors who are pressuring you to embrace that only one side is 100% right about everything.  And if your fridge isn’t stocked up with their stuff you are less than human.

Social media algorithms have a good idea of what your fridge looks like on the inside and wants you to hoard more.  A good exercise would be to take the time to end some channel subscriptions of someone who hasn’t put out a new video in years.  Stop watching videos from someone who begs for money on a weekly basis.  Start hoarding videos that have actual entertainment value and support the content you truly enjoy and not because you are stuck hoarding more of what you learned about, and at the time loved, five years ago.  One thing that never goes out of fashion in hoarding is finding people who are terrible at hoarding and doing it better than they do.  They know your fridge is stocked with outdated products, cognitive biases and lack of long term planning.  And being as disrespectful as possible for your own need for attention.

The Annual Decode Event

(Even more fictional than normal for gematria.)

Lydia was late.  Rushing through putting on a fresh set of clothes she left the house headed for the town square, anxious for the big event.  The Annual Decode winner would be announced within a few hours.

Everyone, literally everyone from the smallest and youngest child to the oldest and most feeble adult would be present.  Most of the town would have a decode ready, but if you didn’t or couldn’t you would be assigned a default decode.  Something basic like a Pi reference from the old days, from a list in a dusty old tome.  Something picked by Gregory, the town mayor.

Lydia was truly excited for this particular event.  She had prepared a lengthy decode, complete with her own personal synchronicities.  Her town, Raiders, normally did football decodes, and her decode was heavily skewed toward their previous season where they nearly won the league championship.  And as she was runner up for the privilege of The Dunking last year it just seemed, well, just …right…fitting that she would be tied in with that with her own personal runner up status.  The nearest neighboring town, Newcoin didn’t have any bragging rights as their personal cryptocurrency did a nosedive last year, throwing the whole town into what’s sure to be a decades long recession.

She arrived just slightly late, only having missed the preliminary festivities where the townspeople shared their excitement, decodes held in hand.  Consuming alcoholic beverages and eating rich food.  The party before The Dunking was great fun.  Some even seemed to enjoy the party more than The Dunking.

All the maintenance for the Dunk Tank was carefully and thoroughly completed during the week, Raiders never having had any problems in their history with the actual Dunk.   Lydia had heard of the village of Eclipse from three years ago and how the Dunk there had gone wrong and federal funding had been pulled for the following year.  Lydia and the town could be sure no such indignity would happen to Raiders this year.

The town clock chimed 2:02 pm.  (2:02 being close enough to the approved time of 2:00 pm and well within federal guidelines of 2:00 plus or minus six minutes).  It was time to start the selection process and the crowd noise quickly quieted as Gregory prepared the annual speech.

During the next two hours all the decodes were put in The Box.  A large and quite unassuming box painted in a flat green color.  No one knows why that shade of green was chosen, it just…was what was appropriate for the Box.  Our Box.  The Raiders Box.  A sort of holy relic and part of the Annual Decode event.

With the last decode safely tucked away Gregory began his carefully prepared speech.  That is carefully prepared from his first year as mayor decades ago.  The speech never changed.  Every syllable carefully recited.  As he finished Gregory stepped close to the box and prepared to draw at random this year’s winner.  Who would be getting dunked this year?  One by one, following the checklist prepared by Gregory, the townsfolk would be called to draw a gematria decode from the box.  The last decode left would be dunked.  The person who authored the first decode drawn would be the first to push The Button on The Dunk Tank.  The first to get the chance to set the computerized random number generator in motion for when the floor of Tue Dunk Tank would drop into the cold water filling the bottom portion of the tank.

Last year, Lydia was the person who pressed The Button just before Arnold who had the honor of being the winner.  Sending Raul to the bottom half of the tank to the raucous cheers and applause of the waiting crowd.  She momentarily thought about how much she missed Raul and his bright eyes and wide smile.  But the excitement of this festival soon overwhelmed and thoughts of past glory soon were swept away.

The first name drawn was Talia, a vapid and shallow woman who couldn’t decode worth shit (at least in Lydia’s opinion.  Talia would be first to push The Button.  The first to get the chance to dunk on this year’s tank occupant.  The first to dunk on their sloppy, contrived connections, their misspellings, their forced narratives, whatever the community could symbolically use The Dunk Tank water as explanation for their poor gematria decoding skills.

As the afternoon wore on Lydia realized, quite anxiously, that there were only 17 names left in The Box, and her decode still remained within.  Slowly, agonizingly (Gregory always dragged the ceremony out as the end neared to maximize the tension) there came the time with just two decodes left out of the hundreds that initially had been inserted.  Who would be getting dunked was either Robert or Lydia.

And breaking from tradition Lydia, gripped with a fear unlike she’d ever known before leapt forward to Gregory’s podium and shouted at the mob.  A mob that wasn’t used to this sort of display.

“STOP THIS FARCE NOW!!”  Lydia screamed.

“It must be Robert you dunk, my decode took weeks of painstaking research.  Everyone knows Robert is lazy.  He even copies from the rest of his friends!”

After a few moments a few giggles interrupted the stunned silence.  Lydia’s first plea for some kind of sensible guidelines was ignored in place of the standard arbitrary results.

“What is wrong with you people?  You are even prepared to dunk children!! Children with their whole lives ahead?!”

“Oh Lydia,”, said Paul, someone has to be dunked and the rules are the rules.  Live with that.”

“But they are stupid rules.  Philip showed me how he decoded that Gregory should be dunked despite the mayor being the only exemption.  Surely his death threat to our mayor means he should be dunked!!”

Silence.

“Annette does cryptocurrency decodes every year!! We’re a sports town!!”

Silence.

“My own mother was dunked just four years ago.  Surely the odds against me being this close to being dunked prove this is all a farce!”

Finally after letting Lydia blow off some steam Gregory established himself as master of the ceremony.

“Hush Lydia, it’s just some cold water and light hearted ridicule.  Let’s see if it’s you or Robert who has been standing silently and behaving like a grown up instead of the child you’ve proven to be.

Robert’s decode was picked from the box.  The last decode remaining WAS Lydia’s.  Lydia would be dunked.

Her previous outburst was nothing compared to the comments she spewed forth as she was forcibly placed in the dunk tank.  The ridicule started as her decode was read allowed, every townsperson taking their chance in turn to press The Button.  The mob making fun of all her painstaking research.  Her pleas of how unfair about how random and pointless the entire process is being met with more ridicule than the actual decode.

Until finally seven year old Timothy pressed the button, and the few seconds of the sound of gears grinding and machinery coming to life signaled Timothy was this year’s winner.  Lydia was dunked.

And as the icy water filled her lungs and she drowned her protests finally ceased.

If I were a YouTube gematria decoder this is the point where I would beg you to subscribe to my Patreon.  Which I won’t do.  Instead I’m giving credit to the real author.

https://americanliterature.com/author/shirley-jackson/short-story/the-lottery/

Shirley Jackson wrote The Lottery quite some time ago, a tale of “conformity gone mad”.  A tale that plays out like a Twilight Zone episode focusing on mankind’s often stupid beliefs of how to act as a social group.  Gematria is a fitting modernization. Everything is so completely arbitrary in a confirmation bias based scam.  One day people who are allied turn into bitter enemies.  One day Joe Biden has the same gematriot that was used for Trump years ago.  One day you drop zeroes, the next day you don’t.  The only consistency is the lack of critical thinking just for the sake of a little attention thrown your way by the cult leader.

Globally morale is epically low.  When the internet came to life all the people who wished to spread their grift and propaganda learned all the old tricks at the same time.  Gematria may have roots in sports betting scams but spent an extensive period as a dissemination of right wing propaganda during the Qanon heyday.  People who have purposefully not been educated have a difficult time dealing with contradictory information.

The Gambling Epidemic

A quick project you can do yourself without me forcing my results on you:

Go to the YouTube search for “gambling epidemic”.  There’s a wide variety of videos to choose from.  Many are very recent and a lot of them posted to the platform well after the “I’m a magic sports decoder with gematria” boom started.

I haven’t made it a point to go through too many of them, but there are two themes I found I want to share.  Since my research isn’t that extensive I can’t claim that these are common, but I have seen them more than once.

It’s not just the rise in numbers, but what’s concerning for the video makers talking about the epidemic is the young age of the new crop of addicts.  From a gematria perspective this isn’t too surprising.  The targeted demographic seems to be aimed at high school age students.  A perfect age for a rebellious youngster to find the core message of magic solutions and not realize that it sounds too good to be true because it is too good to be true.  As part of a rabbit hole of bad ideas to get lost in, gematria has always been a constant source of advertisement for gambling sites.  Customized ads will throw you a Draft Kings or online casino ad at the start of the video just because, for example, the latest sports celebrity death gematria was the topic of the video.  One of the sources of rabbit hole exploration is games targeted to this demographic that have “loot boxes”.  Although these can be just cosmetic additions to brag about a player character’s look instead of paying an in game microtransaction for a weapons upgrade, the model the designers followed to use this as part of the game is literally based on the flashing lights and sounds of brick and mortar casino games.

And completely without surprise, we know it’s going on and nothing is being done about it.  Firmly within the camp of we are on our own socializing the youngsters without expecting any meaningful content moderation from social media platforms.  And as I’ve often said keep in mind that expecting meaningful content moderation at this large scale is naive.  There are too many moving parts.  Bad actors deliberately taking advantage of loopholes, innocent but gullible folk not having a clue what’s going on, and algorithms designed to replace human labor - all make for a ridiculous mishmash of rabbit hole entry points and mazes.

Personally, just yesterday morning I was watching a video that had absolutely nothing to do with gematria, sports or gambling (it was on a channel dedicated to disturbing videos on the internet I’ve been frequenting).  And I got this banner:

Nothing too extreme, except I was thinking of posting a comment to the video, and this banner appeared directly over the comment box.  Scrolling up and down the ad followed the comment box.  I could tap and hold my finger on the screen and move the ad away from the box, but upon releasing my finger the ad retreated to covering the comment box completely.  Closing out the video and reopening it brought the ad back.  I finally had to exit out of the video completely, reload it by searching for the channel and video again to make it disappear.  A lot of work when it may seem simpler to just get lazy and click on the ad, download the sports betting app.  And that’s exactly what they want.  I was frustrated enough I never did post my comment.

Putting Pete Rose In the Hall of Fame - Gematria To the Rescue

One of the more bizarre news stories in recent history is the devotion to an old Trump desire - making Pete Rose a baseball Hall of Famer.  The American people have been worried about the ongoing inflated cost of eggs, JD Vance skiing, our image on the international stage especially concerning the Ukraine/Russia conflict and lots of other stuff.  Most of which doesn’t revolve around baseball which isn’t even its regular season at this time.

I’m not going to claim any insight to the motivation for this rather arbitrary obsession.  Others are discussing if it’s simply a vanity project and maybe leading to arbitrary official declarations like being declared the bestest President ever with the birthday being a national holiday, or even a more satisfying homage like renaming that body of water the Gulf of Trump.  Which I’m kidding about since that last one is not a real thing I’ve seen.  But it wouldn’t surprise me once the mistake is figured out.

Start small.  You don’t just dive in and reverse popular ideas, you do some work priming the pump.  And Qanon still has some lingering appeal, intimidating in a way by the totally unhinged and arbitrary target selection process.  Talk about trans people having litter boxes in bathrooms enough - the repetition alone will help people talk up about how women’s health care isn’t so important.  Goodbye Roe v. Wade decision.

And with that in mind  - gematria, which was definitely a part of the Qanon melting pot of arbitrary target selection provides the perfect stepping stone to getting Pete in the Hall of Fame.  And who knows what evil master plan will come to fruition from there.  (Although I do have one in mind which we’ll get to near the end.

In honor of gematria grifting being rooted in sports betting it’s pretty easy to find something that stands out numerically speaking that really just highlights overwhelming mediocrity.  And my search for starting small yielded the perfect candidate.  And that person is Khris Davis.

Certainly a far better athlete than I could ever have dreamt of being.  But look at that span from 2015 through 2018.  A .247 batting average is hardly overwhelming.  Not enough to make him a household name.  But four consecutive seasons individually ending with a .247 average?  That’s some serious Jesuit/Freemason/Illuminati/Space Alien/Reptilian Shapeshifter can’t be a coincidence rigging type of stat.

What is missing from the gung ho all in approach is taking a player like Khris and building him up gradually.  Ease people into the conversation; start them off with the old tactic of when getting called out for the stupidity of the idea you can claim you are just joking.  Normalize it through years of constant conversation loaded with every logical fallacy imaginable.

Step 1. Insist that you found evidence that Khris’s 2014 season was only 494 official at bats.  Those 122 hits then equates to a .247 average.  Don’t forget to cry out that every official statistical reference guide is run by paid shills.

Step 2. People are used to Big Pharma, Big Oil, etc… lobbying (definitely not bribing) for what they want.  Get Big Balls to officially change Khris’s Career batting average to .247.

Step 3.  If you can’t find some believable sounding 247 gematria connections, hang out on some sports decoder live streams for a little while.  It’s really not that hard.

Step 4. Get Khris into the Hall of Fame.  It’s unlikely steroids weren’t an issue unless he covered up his use by not having monstrous power statistics.

Step 5. Then talk about Pete.  People are more and more finding that there’s never enough arbitrary signals of greatness and the world needs more and more cheaters getting ahead.

About that topic I mentioned earlier.  Hall of Fame voting has always been kind of arbitrary, like some weirdo that didn’t vote for Ichiro on the first ballot.  Why have voting at all when members can just be declared like a monarchy?

Ghost Gematria

The gematria of the word ghost is 69 in ordinal and 66 in reverse.  A convenient example by itself as in a bygone era some jackwipe would insist somewhere that 9’s and 6’s are the same because they look the same when one is inverted.  Typically a rudimentary disguise would be applied.  Something would equal 116, get multiplied by 6 with the “Sumerian” cipher and get converted to 696 thereby being an Antichrist number because the 9 is obviously a 6 and if you don't see that you’re a retard.

Unfortunately for everyone involved, that isn’t really the topic of discussion for today.  It’s about the rise of ghost jobs and how one aspect in particular appeals to those with the susceptibility to online grift.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_job

For whatever reason a ghost job is posted on job boards it gives false hope to those that are searching for their dream job.  For the ideal job that they are perfect for.  The job that is listed that seems too good to be true, and it is too good to be true because it’s not actually a real job and you’re wasting your time on those one in five fake jobs, deliberately designed to sound too good to be true.

Within the set of applicants are those who are totally immersed in their Dunning Kruger mode of genuinely believing that they are way more competent than they really are.  It would be much easier on all involved if there was some kind of standard signal that the job listing was fake.  Although the chances of there being any kind of meaningful regulations about ghost jobs listings in the near future is about zero percent, every fake job listing could simply reference gematria.  I’m suggesting after weeks of painstaking research…er about ten minutes of easy screwing around on a gematria calculator that the standardized form is:

“This job listing is officially Code 153 compliant”.

To be open and honest let’s state for the record that modern conservatism in the workplace is no longer conservative.  The antonym for progressive is actually regressive, but you don’t want to actually admit that you expect your employees to work 20 hours of unpaid overtime a week, not be discriminated against, and need to have to use PTO to schedule a knee replacement surgery.  The Code 153 listing has got you covered.

Calling it Code 153 alone is absolutely brilliant, since Code means regulation as well as secret stuff that clueless gematria addicts are decoding.  As with all gematria, it’s completely vague and gives no assurance to the actual meaning.  Do you mean that the color of my skin is not important or do you mean that I’m expected to put a miniature American flag on my desk and wave it around once an hour?

No harm either way.  It won’t offend those who simply want a job to try and survive a couple more days without worrying about if they can eat or not.  Maybe they can make up the rent payment next month.  Worry about buying a house or having Social Security and a 401k savings later.  *Everything* is Code 153 compliant with the magic of gematria.

Know Your Grifter Tactics - Celebrity Death

Nothing quite matches the outrage porn clickbait quality of a celebrity death false accusation.  The non intellectual conspiracy theorist being fed bad ideas by the online grifter community is extremely casual about the idea of passing beyond the state of being alive.  It’s like the principle of dipshitmatic immunity in gematria.  Your own name may be a match for something notoriously vile (ELON MUSK = 110, ADOLF HITLER = 110), yet no matter how much you comment on videos or blog about your synchronization it’s never a problem.  I am obviously not a member of the Illuminati - I’m complaining about them.  The psychological cheat code of projection, if I call you fat and ugly it doesn’t matter if I am fat or ugly because I played the card first.  Death is something that happens to other people, not me.

And in the conspiracy world of gematria and related insanity it’s always something vaguely if not overtly evil.  Not always that the person died, but somehow they made a pact with dark forces and eventually they were murdered for not holding up their end of some bargain with immensely powerful forces.  Forces that show off their immense power and lust for blood by disguising the murder with two and three digit numbers.

The screenshot shows three consecutive RIP outrage porn topics, the RIP part being a cruel joke in and of itself.  These people do not care at all about the family and friends of the celebrities that passed at all.  It’s all about the clicking on the video to start the process of association of death with gematria which in turn changes to gambling on sports with magic decodes after the games have finished.  Naturally, the death reports are also decodes after the death, never with an accurate prediction well in advance.  And that’s all part of the plan.  You too can start your journey into wasting time with gematria by finding out about it after your favorite celebrity has died and you make your first connection with a statistically meaningless number.

For example, the death of Michelle Trachtenberg.  We get a thumbnail that tucks an image of the movie Murder by Numbers in one corner.  A movie Michelle had no part in.  And none of the cast died yesterday.  That’s all it takes to get the first time gematria decoder associating the fantasy world with grim reality.  A truly accurate decode would have come out decades ago before the real story of her troubles came to light.  The actual story would have read about how she was destined to be traumatized by getting involved with someone who fits the Weinstein mold of a rich and powerful creep, abuse alcohol, get a liver transplant and pass away at a young age.  But we only get the post mortem.  Murder blah blah blah, synchronicity with the Super Bowl blah blah blah, Jesuits blah blah blah.

Similarly an accurate gematria decode of measles would tell us about what measles has in store for us over the next four years.  Preparing us in advance for how the chances that RFK Jr. enacting any effective response to a full blown measles outbreak is somewhere around zero and giving us a clue of exactly how many people are destined to die.  From a disease that had been controlled very well by vaccinations which now our casual relationship with death has influencers telling us doesn’t exist.  There’s more money in people dying today than people living tomorrow.

Friendly Fire (?)

https://www.youtube.com/live/E40T6vfdopA?si=Z8oR5m2fQWIKQjx_

That’s a video of a “debate” by a group of truthers.  Not so much a group as an oddball collection of diverse ideas unified by a singular theme - things aren’t going well and let’s talk about our grievances.

I really need to watch the whole thing through since it amuses me to see Zach’s own tactics being used against him.  Getting there late in the proceedings it seemed to me more to be a gang up and attack Zach than any kind of sensible debate.  He never got any traction, constantly being interrupted.  Whether this was planned or just came about organically, who knows?

The repeated interruption was the perfectly valid knock against gematria.  Or actually two, but the more important one first.  For a decade he’s been allegedly making predictions, but if you look back over the history with an open and unbiased mind he’s NEVER predicted anything of significance.  The format is always the same.  Here’s what happened yesterday.  Here’s what they did.  A psychic 900 number from the old days that just tells you what the weather was yesterday and a couple of hometown ball scores.  A local news channel with a penchant for the morbid and throwing in a little bit of political propaganda which would be opinion except it’s dressed up as fact with a nonexistent magic code.  And the news channel doesn’t operate by advertisers.  It’s PBS supported by donations.  You get an Attaboy!TM instead of a tote bag or shirt.

These debates are a no lose situation for all the panelists other than maybe investing more time than wanted.  Any engagement is good engagement in the world of online grifting.  That video may be on Zach’s channel for now, but somebody else surely will keep it up.  There will probably be some follow ups with several key people claiming total victory.  And that’s the second point.  When your brand is never admitting your ever wrong, it sure is incredibly hard to believe you spend hours on a livestream getting slaughtered by your own tactics (never let them get a word in) when you should be so ridiculously rich with your magic code these people would be beneath you.

Here, let me do a non truther debate argument.  You don’t need to have a magic code.

I think that people in general suck at long term planning.  The government knows this and preys upon it.  “You’ll have a 401k to retire on.”  “You’ll have social security to retire on.”  “Groceries will go down day one in my administration.”  Every argument is some vague promise that decades later is, “Oops I’m sorry.  Can’t do that.  Sorry.”  While the reality is nobody who is super rich cares about the cost of climate change mitigation in the future.  The U.S. won WWII by being the only country without massive infrastructure loss by getting the shit bombed out of it.  Now, the capitalists focused narrowly on the short term are having a harder and harder time disguising the party is over.

Now what was so hard about that?  Now magic gematria numbers talking about 2038 bits crashing UNIX systems.  No bullshit Taylor Swift is an Illuminati puppet scapegoating.  No trying to convince people that Covid is a hoax and selling snake oil.  You don’t need the magical oriented thinking of conspiracy theory to whine about things being wrong.  The only use for it is if you are also capitalizing on someone’s lack of long term thinking to suck more money out of the working class, ironically by the same short sightedness that made them desperate enough to listen to you in the first place.

Once you began to realize that a magic sports code isn’t going to make you super wealthy you can begin talking openly with people smarter than you and get help from them instead of the knee jerk reaction of attacking them you’ve been taught to do.  You’re probably going to need some real friends in the next four years.

The Grifter Economy & The Gematria Niche

Just in case you’re interested in doing some real research instead of looking for more echo chamber outrage porn, there is now substantial content coming out about the relentless online grifting.  Something that I have been pointing out for almost a decade is finally getting the attention that it deserves, although it’s really mostly too little and too late.

That’s a rather lengthy video and fortunately it is chopped up into some chapters to focus on key concepts in parts instead of just a long ramble.  It covers why employment (regardless of what generation you’re lumped with, although I do like to jokingly poke at Gen X since everyone else gets regular blame) sucks and what tactics are used to suck people into being a part of something that is rather dubious in practical value.  Let’s throw in the obligatory meaningless gematria connection:

Most conspiracy content is not total absolute batshit crazy nonsense.  It’s far more effective to have some nuggets of truth thrown in, giving the reasonably intelligent but still biased person a chance to feel smarter than they really are.  A chance to feel smarter than they really are.  It provides them a chance to shine, to dazzle their IRL friends with something slightly different while they find the keywords that are implanted in the algorithms locking in on their comfort zone.  Actual truth in truth seeking is more of an accidental stumble into those real nuggets than any true insight.  Just like finding that Tom’s word GRIFTONOMICS = 68 and CAPITALISM = 68 in the same, common cipher.

Anything short of conspiracy content that doesn’t recognize the monetary nature of the ultra wealthy and how they shape a multitude of lives through economic systems is pretty much worthless.  For example, there are lots of people that agree with my opinion that reported unemployment numbers don’t seem to be holding up to the reactions of large swaths of the population to actual, “am I just barely getting by or am I functionally unemployed because working two jobs that total 30 hours a week at near minimum wage is the best I can get?”  Ultimately, grift is a perfectly understandable part of the capitalist structure.  Unless you were born in the right family and you aren’t willing to commit fraud on a massive scale you are overworked, underpaid or both.  A prime target to be susceptible to online grift.

And that grift doesn’t focus on our lovely little match of that 68.  It’s always outrage porn, because flash sells.  There are far too many scapegoats to choose from.  Why not talk about greedy Jewish bankers instead of limiting your discourse to how to make millions with drop shipping?

Maybe ten years ago you could start a gematria channel on YouTube and generate some decent income as a side hustle.  The same way that Uber started off ok, but now there’s so much competition for the same service there’s too much supply for not enough demand.  There’s only so much demand now for bad sports predictions that haven’t generated positive results the gematria so called community is struggling for relevance.  Perhaps it can lay low for awhile and make a comeback, but it’s now in its own self contained late stage of capitalism where the demand is not there to even encourage a whole bunch of newbies to grind out the meaningless and useless product of confirmation bias based hatred.

The Gulf of Knowledge

Trying to explain what’s actually going on to the average conspiracist is not met with any sort of intent to listen and comprehend.  It is met with closed minded resistance and the springs are coiled to strike back.  Knowing subconsciously deep down you are going to be told you’re wrong is liberating.  Easier to be wrong about everything and most assuredly told you’re wrong than stumble on a nugget of actual truth and heaven forbid have to think about that.

In these trying times of renaming things willy nilly and threatening hostile takeover, the Gulf of Mexico meme generator has entered.

https://gulfof.mapquest.com/

And it’s perfectly symbolic of gematria.  So much so that my first gulf creation was naturally this:

Early days of gematria aficionados running rampant on social media was a shitstorm of denial.  Dates would be wrong - Wikipedia changed that to make me look bad.  A key word misspelled - the decode still finds meaning in the corrected value.  (Or even more laughably, insistence that misspellings count as valid). In short, no matter how colossally, stupendously wrong you were about something basic and simple, an alternative reality can easily be generated.  An alternative reality like a map name generator that can make up whatever you want.

And within the framework of being wrong all the time, that ever present core value of every good sports betting scam, is the sports decoder predictions.  These are never admittedly stated as wrong, unless it’s puffing up the actual record.  Claiming you predicted all the NFL games right last week may be a stretch, maybe better to say you got two of them wrong.

So put yourself in the shoes of a disgusting normie for a second and think about the possibility that someone (of the gematria time wasting ilk) was preparing a decode for the hurricane season in 2024, a season that the Gulf of (Mexico) played its standard big role.  How many decoders had the foresight to think to rename the Gulf to Gulf of America, or ‘Murica?

Somewhere between zero and zero, and zero doesn’t count.

Everything is meme quality now.  There’s no safe haven high value stock when the meme crowd will whimsically pump up Game Stop or of course anything cryptocurrency related.  It’s more fun to go with the crowd that’s most vocal and just let life wash over you like the storm surge of a hurricane.  Basking in how fun it was to go for the lulz of renaming a body of water to what you want than wondering about the inflation from the billions of dollars of damage coming up in a gutted federal administration’s sure to be feeble responses to the 2025 hurricane season.  At least you can still rename the Guof again.  Gulf of Economic Despair?  Gulf of Death?  Gulf of I’m Right About Everything?  Can you even predict now what will bring you comfort when your life revolves around reporting your magic numbers after events have unfolded?

Dept. Of Gematria Economics

Yesterday the Department of Gematria Economics (D.O.G.E.) released their annual report on the fiscal year end of December 30, 2024.  (Yes, that’s correct.  The 30th and not the 31st.  In the time honored gematria tradition I f being “close enough”.

And things are really not looking good at all.  The various gematria calculators have once again not been updated for the rampant inflation plaguing global economies.  The newly appointed unelected bureaucrat heading the department, known only as “Some guy named Sam who delivers the GrubHub lunches”, pretty much overqualified for his post in this administration, summed it up this way.

“Yeah, like holy shit man.  I can’t believe INFLATION still just equals 100.  Because since you always drop zeroes except when you don’t, that’s 1.  You would think it might have at least gone up to 2 by now.”

When asked for further comment he fidgeted and shyly admitted he didn’t know why he should have even bothered saying anything to our reporters.  Something to do with lack of job security because his Uncle, although one of the original founding fathers who signed on the Declaration of Independence was technically an immigrant and he feared his being labeled as an obvious scapegoat meant that the axe would fall any day.

The next report is due out in the middle of tropical storm season in the United States.  Market watchers are nervously anticipating the obvious upcoming clusterfuck of a response by the gutted institutions trying to clean up the physical and financial mess.  If HURRICANE still equals 97 then this is a definite sign of not adapting to changing times and for the Department of Gematria Economics to step in and bolster the price of Bitcoin and other crypto.  Fake money solves everything.

Bluesky’s First Prattlesnake

A bunch of smart and sensible people have either also signed up for Bluesky or left Twitter entirely and use Bluesky only.  With Twixter being essentially state run media now there isn’t much social value left.  Especially considering it never had much social value to begin with.

I’m beginning to regret being one that left Twixter completely now that allegedly Zach no longer has an account there.  Or at least was gone temporarily.

But back to the business at hand on Bluesky.  It’s inevitable that someone would eventually drop in and start an account with all the classic trappings of a low level grifter.  If Zach and his loyal Zachosphere followers midway up the cult MLM scheme haven’t invaded yet, why not give it a try?  See if you can be the first to get traction?  Maybe, some critic will give your account a boost by getting into an argument with you on Bluesky.  Or maybe I’ll just criticize you here where I’m in control of what comments get posted.

A psychic numerologist astrologer that does gematria.  Now that gets a wide swath of prattle covered just by the account name and the champion of meaningless gibberish - gematria.  Enjoy your year of the snake, and learn from your mistakes.

Starting off with the football, congratulations.  And that’s not sarcastic because you fucking nailed it.  Your account was only about a week old when you first posted about the Super Bowl.  The day after the game was over.  That’s the classic.  Although this post didn’t directly address gematria that’s what it’s all about - waiting until a game or news story is over and reverse engineering it into whatever bullshit narrative you want.  Throwing in reference’s to animals on the Chinese zodiac without a hint of exactly what the Rooster and Snake mean.  Who’s baby, that’s high level gibberish material.

Moving on to the other.  Dish-was-her?!?  What the actual fuck?  Are you saying she, whoever she might be, was a dish and isn’t any longer?   Like being called a dish is sometimes used as a compliment for a good looking gal, and now she’s old and ugly or was disfigured in a car accident?  Oh my god, you’re not eating women are you?  Cannibalism is still pretty much in the list of uncool things to do.  You kinda left us in the dark here, because .you forgot to do any actual gematria. You're under a contractual obligation to gematrify SOMETHING instead of just leaving everyone hanging with a vague “gematria” thrown in at the top.  Here, DISH WAS HER = 114.  JEFFREY = 114.  (Jeffrey Dahmer).  See?  What’s so hard about that?

I’m going to take a guess here, you saw somebody call the Super Bowl the Superb Owl and couldn’t come up with anything better than a nonsensical Dish Was Her.  At least a superb owl sounds like it could be a real thing.

I swear if I hear Jordan Klepper talking to some random rally attendee about inflation and they mention the gematria of dishwasher, I will find you.
