Hyperkrieg

 Super Bowl Gematria Failure

Since picking a Super Bowl winner with gematria is actually a coin flip, it’s nice that the flip landed this way this year.  The world doesn’t need another year of “I’m never wrong about anything” commentary from the Attaboy!TM wielding coattail riding grifters that helped make Qanon.  The song (AI generated?) at the start of the linked video tells you all of the story you need to know.

I personally feel that the failure of gematria is the lack of correct choice of cipher.  A new cipher needs to be implemented.  The Hyper reduction, where since all the four basic ciphers are divisible by nine, no matter what you cherry pick from you add 9 to the result.  HyperSatanic just sounds so much more fake cooooool than Satanic.

A quick chess reference.  Online chess has evolved that for profit and marketability the faster time controls are much more popular.  Hardly anyone wants to watch a a 5 hour game that likely ends in a draw.  Rapid chess with 10-15 minutes plus a bit of bonus time for move played, those games end in less than an hour.  Blitz chess - three to five minutes plus an even smaller bonus time allotted for a move played, now those end in a few minutes.  Then bullet chess, one minute per game.  And the truly insane variation of HYPERbullet, 30 seconds per game.  As the time decreases, mistakes increase and the peaceful ties are fewer and fewer.

We have seen the blitzkrieg movie before.  A truly great innovation in warfare when introduced.  Throw everything all at once on a weak spot, dominate quickly and worry about supply chains later.  Since education doesn’t mean anything to several generations, actual knowledge of German blitzkrieg tactics is not great.  Remarkably effective early on, but as time marched forward over the years defensive and counteroffensive strategies adapted.  Finally, culminating into encounters like the Battle of the Bulge.  A last blitzkrieg style push, without any real chance of working since only a miraculous amount of good fortune would keep the necessary fuel supply in place.  Live by the blitzkrieg, die by the blitzkrieg.

One thing that didn’t help the WWII German generals was that their leader was batshit crazy.  Somehow, that sounds familiar….  And once the adaptions were made, Hitler took over a lot of the planning himself.  There was a lot of military leader, “Ummm, we shouldn’t do that.  It’s not going to work” countered by, “Fuck you, I’m the boss.”  Somehow, that sounds familiar….

Now, with the super fast paced computing power of the Information Age, a mere blitzkrieg is not sufficient.  You can’t effectively do a cryptocurrency pump and dump rug pull without trading in less than a second.  It’s baffling to see Qanon content influencing people looking for a long term trend out of stupid shit that happened in the morning news cycle.  There’s no chance for an ordinary person to take advantage of the Hyperkrieg.  Grab the money now, and the lack of a viable consolidation mechanism afterwards.

I’ve often seen it said that Trump is an instinctive authoritarian.  I agree, but I suggest that it’s more that Trump is instinctively unpredictable. This is largely due to his mental health.  A topic that was hyperkrieged into being he’s a genius with ample evidence over time that he’s never been even average.  The equivalent of German WWII officers that could talk him back from the edge in the first term are gone.  Now there’s this:

Pam, the Hyperkrieg is over.  Instead of petty insults it’s time to move on to something else.  Petty insults to deflect haven’t changed the damage tariffs have done to grocery prices.

Or this:

The Hyperkrieg tactic of all out attack doesn’t work so well when courts have a chance to think about stuff.  It’s a Battle of the Bulge counterattack instead of a surprise Hyperkrieg invasion.

Oh, and if you want to actually pay attention to what’s going on in the world these are just samples.  Especially in Europe, the Hyperkrieg has been halted.  What might work with the continually clueless voting base of MAGA republicans doesn’t hold the same sway on the global stage.  The damage is done.  Trade deals are being renegotiated outside the once almighty U.S. dollar.  Enjoy your red hat memorabilia.

This does not suggest that the war is over.  No it still rages on.  But the chess clock has changed.  Instead of hyperbullet the time control is longer.  And it’s slowing down enough where an endgame strategy needs to be in place.  And being extremely unpredictable is a great advantage.  Even if losing, you can still swindle and trap your way to victory.  But what has changed is globally we now know in advance that this is coming.  We know the Hyperkrieg is fundamentally unsound and our on clock is still ticking away.
