What happens when you take sovereign citizen pseudolaw/pseudohistory and dial it up to 11? You get the redemption movement. But take heart, it could be dialed up to 12 and add gematria to it. So at least we have that going for us.
Kurzgesagt continues to put out somewhat depressing content related to how ordinary people in the grand scheme of things are just a tiny, insignificant speck of nothingness. There are few people that can afford to blow several billion dollars on their own personal social media site and laugh it off because they still get lots of attention in return. But take heart ye of little wealth, you are worth something. And it’s likely to be an oddly specific amount.
There is often a quid pro quo in even the nuttier grifts. The Nigerian Prince needs your help - you need to actively perform some tasks, even if they are promoted as simple, to gain access to his wealth. Your correct sports betting picks only work if you join the Patreon. Otherwise you just get a lot of excuses for being wrong. (Which is plenty enough for a lot of people.) The basic idea of the redemption stuff is just the mere act of you being born into this cursed world is enough. Not just Dire Straits, but everyone had a fund set aside for them at birth - money for nothing.
And just like conspiracy related issues internet grift the story falls apart depending on who you talk to. Roger Elvick apparently created his original work for the amount of $630,000. When you were born your corrupt government that you don’t need to play by their rules just gives you a value of that much. Ridiculous when you consider how long ago that was and it hasn’t been adjusted for inflation. I’m waiting for not a penny more or less than my $17.7 million I’ve been waiting on since 2018.
As economies struggle with real world economy things like supply chain interruptions due to pandemics and insurance executives making money on credit default swaps and wars it would be nice to be able to have a fairly tidy sum easily accessible to wipe out debt and have a dignified retirement. A retirement just given to you without any forethought like saving money instead of living paycheck to paycheck. Some by necessity have little choice but be paycheck to paycheck. Some decided it would be a good idea to buy a vehicle that costs more than a house as a status symbol, then only as age and lack of savings catches up they decide that a get rich quick scheme sounds like a good idea. It’s not.
There is a quid pro quo. The redemption schemes fail the reality check test. If this magic fund existed and was a real thing, you probably would have heard about it long ago. A lot longer before the master redeemer put that big in your ear. The go to fundraiser is likely a seminar or gathering of some sort. Pay me several thousand dollars to unlock my package of super secrets. Here there is an advantage over sports gematria. If gematria sports picks worked, you’d just do that instead of selling your secrets. This is *your* personal fund. So logically the guru can’t touch your personal fund. Only guide you on how to collect it.
However, consider something like the Earned Income Credits for Covid business disruption. There are people that provide value with understanding the proper filing, the proper numbers to put on the paperwork, that file that with the IRS. They can charge a hefty fee, but the honest ones don’t/didn’t take the fee in advance. They waited until the government ponied up the actual credit monies before they get a penny. You could have some fun scambaiting the redemption seminars by interrupting the speaker constantly with the perfectly logical suggestion of taking his fee out of your redemption…of shit. You’ve already paid him up front for the seminar. It’s just another advanced fee fraud format.
This has been going on long enough that the oddly specific amount and the reasons for why it exists have warped and mutated depending on the grifter in charge. So tue red flag of not keeping a coherent story is big. The failure of not actually collecting your redemption will be covered up by typical pseudolaw tactics. The guru will be long gone. And/or you didn’t do it “just right”, so you screwed up no them. Just like homeopathy defends your formula being screwed up by telling you that you must not have stirred it exactly 1,489 times by the light of the full moon while reciting the magic words, “Klaatu Borada Nikto.”
Let’s throw in some gematria possibilities to dial it up. 630,000 is actually 63. Except that you aren’t going to get $63 back because the seminar cost way more. In gematria you drop zeroes except when you don’t. Another name is “acceptance for value”, or A4V. A4V is cool. They love themselves some gematria that has both the numbers and letters. It’s way cooler than AFV. The original format was the Jewish Cabal being behind it, so everyone knows now the Jesuits are in control of the Jews. Or vice versa. Or, somebody evil did something. There’s certainly some evil numbers in there SOMEWHERE. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is big in the pseudolaw claims. There’s a CC in that! That’s 3-3, 33. Freemasons.
But the biggest use for gematria is tax evasion. Their groupies don’t like paying taxes. Even though they could offset their gambling winnings by the inevitability larger number of the gambling losses. Just gotta save up enough money for that seminar.
