Building Real Community

Sports bettijg with gematria is a scam.<-->

A common theme about resisting the increasingly obvious problems with authoritarian takeover is building community and relationships.  A network of people who have your back, knowing that you will have theirs in return during crisis.  Overall the main topics that rank countries hug in lists of quality of life are housing, education, and healthcare.  Instead of getting your news from profit driven “social” media now famous for being a haven for scams and propaganda you should be taking notes from sources that are a lot less preachy and asking for money with the vaguest of unfulfillable promises.

It’s been a long time since I mentioned it, but one of the lessons I’ve tried to instill is that talking about Biden, Trump, Pelosi, the Jesuits, Freemasons, Alex Jones, or any target being bad more often than not does not provide a solution.  Most of my personal value added to the world has amounted to the same thing.  Merely bringing attention to the problems without solutions.  But, I did start almost a decade ago and didn’t know exactly how the dire economic and political landscape would play out.  And knowing full well I’m not the guy to be the superhero that the masses think will rise up and save them let me wait it out until things became a little clearer.

For those with family and friends still stuck on the mistaken idea that Trump is by any means a solution you have the unenviable task of convincing them to get out of their comfort zone and read things like the linked article.  Don’t expect perfection from these articles.  I find the phrasing of “alternative healers” a bit disturbing.  It’s an uphill battle all the way, trying to undo literal generations of abuse and neglect.

Healthcare.  Failure.  The U.S. has the most expensive system and is the only high income country without basic human healthcare.  People elsewhere have better ideas that work better than tying care to being employed and the negative feedback of being unable to be employed when injured or sick.

Housing.  Monetized that the better off have been trained over decades that the dwelling and the second home in Florida is an investment.  Nearly universally where I live these people vote Republican.  “BlEeDiNG hEArT LiBs ArE rUiNiNg My StOcK pOrTfOLiO!!”  You know what is really ruining it?  Hiding climate change based inflation masked behind decades of propaganda.

Education.  Without proper education you miss out on a big infrastructure investment.  The AI bubble is already disturbing all the other bubbles.  Instead of utopian everyone has robot servants and unlimited leisure time we get data centers using so much electricity it’s adding to the housing and affordability problems already.  And the worst is yet to come.  The bad ideas from not managing understanding the world around us gets you the stupid idea of 50 year mortgages and impossible dreams of retiring being wealthy other than for a select few.  Who could retire today and be fine instead of playing the 1%er version of keeping up with the Joneses via Game of Thrones policy decisions.

I could go on and on about the details of the lack of community in the gematria community.  How they can never agree on anything like how many ciphers to use, when it’s ok to drop zeroes or not, but let’s keep it simple.  The rage bait does not address oligarchy and healthcare/housing/education in the slightest.  The conspiracy theorist community pretty much only pretends to address education, and false claims that conspiracy gematria has a value to education are implicit.  And they do rely on genuine problems to provide a hook to dangle the bait on.  But in the end, anytime they stumble on the right idea (it’s never manufactured by them) it gets ruined by the overzealous dialogue of:

Give me your money.  I’m the superhero that needs your money (strangely) to keep superheroing.

At the end of the new Superman movie (5 ⭐️, would recommend) the man with the S on the chest addresses the real artificial intelligence in our society.  What makes Superman truly a hero and not Lex Luthor’s money driven artificial intellect, and makes me confident that Musk hates this movie.  The real superhero is the person who gets up everyday and tries to do the best that they can because it’s the right thing to do.  Make every day a day where you tell yourself, “I think maybe today’s a good day to not exploit people and act in a selfish, destructive counterproductive manner.”

Projection and Overconfidence

Sports bettijg gematria is a scam.<-->

A constant theme of the SportsGematria YouTube channel’s videos is that Hubbard, despite talking big and congratulating the winners who took his advice, never seems to provide any solid evidence that he actually places bets himself.  You don’t acquire a perfect nickname  like “After the Fact Zach” without relying heavily on waiting until the game is over.  Exuding confidence and actually being confident are entirely different things.  It’s so much easier to come across as exuding confidence when the question is difficult, but you have a cheat sheet you reference instead of your own brain power.

From the way a lot of people act they have gone through decades of life never realizing that the con in “con artist” means confidence.  TLDR.  If you’re decent in the critical thinking skills department you have a leg up on the competition.  First you’re willing to admit your own brain does stupid things at times, some people are smarter than you or a specialist with knowledge you don’t possess and can use, and someone exhibiting confidence without the right information to back up that confidence is really fucking dangerous.  The con artist is an expert; an artist.  Gaining your confidence through manipulation of emotion.

People would have money than be right about things.

Short term contact long enough to get you to bite at the bait, then goodbye.

I am 100% confident I’ve talked about projection on this blog in the past.  For a period of some months I had a special post dedicated to the best projection of the month.  Willful deception be it positively projecting your a Good Samaritan while actually stealing behind the scenes, or the ever popular, “I’m a bad ass, you’re a loser troll”.

But considering what’s going on with the Epstein files now let’s turn to a more personalized story.  My first encounter with a malignant narcissist long term.  And what a learning experience it was that I was able to utilize going forward.

My first college roommate was a high school friend, maybe the only nerdier person than me.  His first girlfriend, (GF from here on) was a real piece of work.  I already knew about willfully deceptive tactics in dating.  For instance, the handsome guy who eventually uses his skills to make sure he leaves the bar with a different conquest each trip.  Over time I realized GF had elevated projection to an art form because she actually believed she was the smartest, prettiest, most perfect person in the world.  GF was physically attractive, she was certainly bright enough although never managed to show exceptional intellectual skills.  And something was always off about her constant need to get attention.  Everyone in the guys dorm fawned over GF was so special and how out of her league rookie was.

Except me.  I wanted nothing to do with her.  And that was why she deliberately went out of her way to interrupt me as much as possible.  Constantly being in my dorm room, even pretending to sleep while roomie was away at class.  Trying to conquer the one hold out that wouldn’t accept the goddess in his midst.  Of course roomie was enthralled and wouldn’t accept even the slightest infraction on common decency as a problem, much last the major infractions on my college life.  I’ll spare you more details.

Armed with this knowledge, this first hand experience with narcissism elevated to Narcissistic Personality Disorder, I landed a job with GF model 2.0.  A generation X’er who believed her own hype without any real talent to back it up.  When confronted with some pretty obvious facts about the 25 hour work week (on a good week), management’s best defense they could muster.

“She’s extremely confident.”

Shortly thereafter, Model 2.0 knowing I was on to her doubled down.  My lack of interest in anything to do with her combined with being promised an executive position from the date of hire made her determined to break me.  I discovered for myself what later became to be openly known as quiet quitting, unwilling to work 60 hours a week just to keep up with the psychological and direct job related sabotage.  And let me throw in the only time that I confronted her on her faults (only about direct job related performance), in the heat of the moment she actually told me I was the most condescending person ever.  That just confirmed what I already knew, a very NPD type of thing to say.

I had my escape plan prepared and left just before the Trump political era.  And it’s totally unsurprising that this company’s management team had grown accustomed to the right wing propaganda machine and now they have to deal with lack of results from unjustified overconfidence on top of a government that is making it tough on businesses everywhere.  Because, yes, Trump exhibits the same baseless overconfidence that GF and Model 2.0 had shown.  And if you think skill in detecting NPD is marketable for employment, well………no.

The same way Model 2.0 desired competent people to do her work while reaping the unwarranted financial rewards - that’s the same way some of the most openly not competent way this administration has become infested with boot licking loyalists.  Model 2.0’s management team didn’t care.  GF was never given any negative feedback.  And I defy you if you want to insist that anyone in Trump’s second term regime  has shown consistent positive results.  That type of person was from the first term, and they’ve been forced out and the actual swamp has been projected away as FAKE NEWS!! and WITCH HUNT, while the actual stories coming out in the Epstein files and real affordability problems are increasingly hard to defend.  Projecting overconfidence when the actual swamp was hiding in plain sight.

Because people don’t like to admit the tiniest bit of being wrong about anything.  Not about losing a couple hundred dollars about a sports betting scam.  Certainly not admitting to supporting the election of a true monster.  The doubling and tripling down sounds less sincere every day.  Grasping for straws.  Desperately trying to deflect away from how Oz is hiding behind a curtain.

To quote a Triumph song from the GF era -

You say you’re something special.
Well you talk a real good game.
But now the party’s over,
And you just don’t sound, you just don’t sound the same.

Overconfidence.  The most dangerous cognitive bias according to the Veritasium video.  A video that starts with a parade of really smart, yet humble, people willing to admit that there’s more nuance than the black and white projection offered by propaganda.

Gematria & Gibbelins

The past two days, especially this morning, has been a train ride of my brain taking wild tangents.  A problem I face regularly as it can be quite distracting.  I did end up back where I started.

Many fictional monsters are a metaphor for other issues.  Godzilla is a personification of the horrors of nuclear weapons.  Vampires are fascists.  Werewolves are the unbridled beast hiding inside.  And so on.  So what would be a perfect metaphor, or more likely a close metaphor, for some of your top Internet grifter personalities like a Hubbard or Alex Jones.

During that journey I reminded myself that The Beast/Leviathan, Thomas Hobbes greatest work, is a metaphor for an all powerful Beast.  A social contract where freedom is deliberately surrendered to stop mankind from destroying itself by its own stupidity.  A perfectly natural tangent for someone recognizing authoritarian takeover while indulging in constant random baseless accusations of someone being the literal Antichrist.  Therefore, the next perfectly logical tangent was to check the gematria of Hobbes and I found that HOBBES = 111 in reverse.  Which of course means that in the cheap cheat of multiplying by 6 in Sumerian:

The tangents weren’t finished, and since I’d already been investigating monsters as allegories, the greedy goblins had already crossed my mind.  And HOBBES + GOBLINS meant HOBGOBLINS which did not equal 666.  But without the HOB:

A tidy little perfect match.  So like a 15 year old first discovering conspiracy gematria and not realizing it’s confirmation bias based nonsense, I knew I was on to something and continued doing more research on goblins and greed.  Because attention and money is really what it’s all about.  But the obligatory gematria tie in satisfied I performed what qualifies as actual research and I found - Gibbelins.

(After a brief side trip for the unfortunate Litiz, Pa based insurance company that had purchased the domain name for Gibbel Insurance - gibbelins.com).

Gibbelins do not hoard wealth like Ferengi or Dungeons & Dragons monsters because they love the money and attention a lot of money gets them.  It is a tool, it is bait for a trap just to lure foolish people to their lair to eat them.  Although there’s no doubt internet grifters live the money purely for the sake of having money, so far we have no reports of actual cannibalism.  Not yet.

But to understand the story properly, you need to examine the “hero” Alderic.  The hero stops the dragons reign of terror, but it’s implied that once Alderic has finished his mission that he really doesn’t care if the dragon goes back to eating princesses.  Alderic is a toxic narcissist, more interested in projecting his image as a savior and noble person and the bestest knight that ever knighted in any night.  He may be competent enough to get to the Gibbelins lair, but even he alone is not prepared to fight the final battle.  Sometimes real friends can help a lot.  Being the bestest knight ever implies that you have a lifetime of assuming that nobody matters but yourself.  And when somebody doesn’t care about how wealthy you are, including raising that wealth by fraudulent means - they’re going to eat you.  Especially if they have more friends than you, which they will, Mr. Toxic Narcissist Knight.

The story is only lengthy enough to address the tale of Alderic.  But there are lots of other Alderics in that fictional world.  Lots of petty burglars and lesser knights consumed with avarice falling for the trap the Gibbelins have set.  The top names in the grifting economy and GOP are not Gibbelins, they are Alderics.  Fake heroes doing 24/7 image projection and having fun on the side by getting the attention a real hero should be getting.  Bullies in appearance, but losers in end results.  Fighting with each other more than generating any true sense of community.  If you want to impress us, stop gathering new members to a sports betting Patreon and raise money and food for food banks.

If there’s another NO KINGS protest I may participate with my NO ALDERICS OR KINGS sign, just to amuse myself on being pretty much the only person who understands the reference.

Filthy, Ugly, Satanic Coal

Release the Epstein Files<-->

My top pick for The Big Lie is not the false claim of a 2020 stolen election.  That’s just a Side Lie.  An afterthought or side dish served up with how modern global society is utterly dependent on continued burning of fossil fuels.  Keep those capitalist economies chugging along, and never, ever admit that proper job costing should include some clean up of waste materials.  And instead of “some” clean up, there’s a constant push for no cleanup.  It interferes with oil company and sovereign state fossil fuel production CEO compensation and bottom lines.

If you search out some material on the internet about late stage capitalism you can find commentary about how there’s an anomaly in world history.  History that we might add is trying to be erased in these times.  After World War II, there was a brief blip from about 1945-1975 where oligarch taxation and policies benefitting the working class took hold.  And then without benefit of an internet, propaganda slowly took hold and the fossil fuel industry decided it would be more fun to lie about the consequences of constantly dumping more pollutants in the environment than for effective clean up.  And now the can has been kicked down the road about as far as it can go.

The Big Beautiful Fossil Fuel lie worked something like this.

Fossil Fuel energy is essentially limitless.
Fossil fuel energy is clean.  (I had a physics professor that often quoted about the “damned environmentalists not letting us burn coal - 1978 or 1979).
Exploitation of cheap labor abroad for the U.S.  The country that benefited the most from the end of WWII with infrastructure remaining intact.  It’s good not to have the homeland bombed.
Democracy and capitalism spreads, the communists being a convenient scapegoat.  Probably helped along by capitalism being genuinely a better option.  (Personal opinion.)
RARE takes over.  Rich Assholes Ruin Everything.  Go away, U.S.  I’m here at ground zero; these are my people to exploit.
A lot of the social problems from employment and cheap labor and not cleaning up move back to the U.S.  Mostly rural South and low population red states elsewhere.
The better off middle class from the golden 1945-1975 era are convinced, like my physics professor, that “My investments are more important than your children” and take over business leadership.
The anti-science movement takes grip.  All as a cover up for the big, fossil fuel lie.  Any scientific issue is targeted as a hoax.  Vaccines & medicine in general, moon landing, evolution, etc….  All become fair game for background noise to make people distrust actual scientific reality based commentary.
Since the religious right already had a foothold in magical solutions they evolve into the top bad actors straying from the positive social messages of loving thy neighbor into the oddball stuff.  Conspiracy theories, without being burdened by the cumbersome “love thy neighbor” aspects of religion push to extremism.  Social media becomes the battleground for political propaganda.
The extremism, more outrageous means more clicks and views which means more money leads to the outcome of people preferring to have money than being right about things.  Politically motivated violence ensues.

And finally we elect a President that claims outright that coal isn’t just not bad, it’s big, beautiful, clean and the bestest thing to MAGA.

This seems like a long time, but compared to the formation of coal from dead plants it’s a geological tick of the clock.  Literally millions of years to sit in the underground pressure cooker.  Of course this goes against the idea the Earth is only thousands of years old.  Of course it’s easier to form an army of people needing immediate gratification to slide into Mussolini’s fascist idea of cracking the skulls of eggheads.

And in the meantime, if gematria had any real meaning to the global situation some “scholar” would certainly before me have discovered that coal is not big and beautiful, but the poster child of all the evils in the world.  Sitting in the ground quietly absorbing the hellish sulfur to be released along with that precious, not so lovely carbon dioxide.

Big, beautiful, clean coal is right wing economic projection at its finest.  Coal mining jobs are notoriously difficult, laborious, dangerous and low paying.  And we’re about to waste resources on coal burned electricity on the AI bubble that’s looking like it’s getting ready to pop.  But hey, you can find a sports gematria YouTuber to gamble with, so that’ll be fun.

Gematriapedia

This popped up on Bluesky not too long ago.

Release the Epstein files<-->

Which we’ve seen before.  Old school conspiracy gematria (i.e not Qanon gematria) was heavy on all politics was corrupt, not just enemies of Trump.  And this exact assertion about FOX is not the animal, or a common word after the construction worker whistles at a pretty girl.  This is then and here FOX NEWS.  Whether they are right to claim that FOX is evil because of this.  It’s a lot easier and has just as much empirical evidence.  Zero.

Using the same logic the letter combination of C-L-U has the same values in reverse ordinal.  And it would make just as much sense to focus on the evils of any university that uses the initialize of Cxxxxx University Library (CUL), cul-de-sacs, Lincoln University of Chicago (LUC), Jean Luc Picard, and Clu Gulager.  But creativity often doesn’t meet with hopes and dreams of attention seeking, so we get just FOX in the ordinal.

And that’s not even gematria. The actual gematria is 6+6+6=18.  A cheap method using the total randomness that infests conspiracy related gematria.  If a number can be misinterpreted into a desired number, you can count on that this misinterpretation will be performed.  And it’s all so pointless for the FOX wishful thinking.  There’s a perfectly fine 666 already in there without “cheating”:

Seriously, what’s the point of going through the crazy gyrations of claiming 6 and a 6 and a 6 IS 666 when there’s a perfectly good 666 out there.  There is an explanation for this.  In a fake attempt to legitimize their gematria, some clique leaders insist that it’s only proper to use the four base ciphers.  No more insisting credit cards and carbon copy ‘cc’ is a Freemason 33.  I haven’t seen Freemason content in so long I’m thinking it’s in storage in Freemason jars.

If only, and this amuses critics, there were an actual community instead of just calling themselves a community and then going off on individual confirmation bias fueled binges.  Something to standardize what’s what.  And especially put it in print that zeroes are officially dropped when needed for the narrative but can be retained for the narrative because the hypocrites really don’t want to feel bad about all those 201’s they never changed to 21.  Maybe if there were some sort of Gematriapedia.  An open source catalogue of everything gematria related where certain rules could be put in place so we could take these clowns more seriously.  I would contribute to that.  A front row seat for the constant edit wars, because just like people in this government administration they can never agree on anything.

I was kind of hopeful that Grokepedia would come to their rescue.  Musk’s alternative is loaded with articles.  Considering that conspiracy gematria fiddlers and Musk both hate Wikipedia they can have control of the gematria content there.  Test the waters until an independent gematriapedia is created that won’t be re-edited on a daily basis.  But there’s this roadblock.

Large Language Models scrape the internet for training data.  And the hated Wokepedia, as Mudk has called it.  Is the primary source for Grokepdia’s scholarly writings.  Wikipedia isn’t perfect.  But it’s a lot better than anything else out there like it.  If you aren’t deliberately searching for something politically divisive and looking for straight up facts it’s pretty good.  If you aren’t deliberately searching looking for politically divisive content, let the browser beware.  That screen grab is at the bottom of Grokepedia’s gematria article, and the, “I stole this from Wikipedia” AI signature is all over Grok content.  And I personally don’t trust the guy who tweaks his coding on X that results in the Mecha Hitler incident.

Finally, the gematria article is decent.  Like Wikipedia it doesn’t reference Qanon or Jesuits rigging sports, or other slanted nonsense.  But that is a danger with LLMs.  A bad actor in charge of forcing an advertised independent and factual article can force propaganda into it.  There are probably people doing that now.  There’s too much money at stake for that not to be tried.

We Truly Are In the Golden Age of Grifting

Release the Epstein files<-->
The unholy matrimony of money grows on trees thinking versus woe is me take care of my selfish needs today.

In one corner we have the SNAP benefits government shutdown saga.  There’s a lot more to the government shutdown and the other outspoken problems.  Air traffic control understaffed and overworked for decades.  Lack of effective regulation and investment in infrastructure because CeOs NeEd MoRe PrIvAtE JeTs AnD gOlF aNd A fOuRtH MiLlIoN dOlLaR mAnSiOn instead of running a company with long term sustainability in mind.  But gematria to the rescue because we had this the past week:

Over six hours of video, most of it with nothing to do with Zach or gematria, that can be correctly answered, “No” and left at that.  Two seconds move on with life.  A slightly lengthy answer, the gematria answer, would be either to find a narrative that the SNAP benefits will resume soon and a counter narrative for the government shutdown will continue for a lot longer.  Then wait until we see what actually happens and claim you predicted it.  The real life social issue version of picking both teams to win in tomorrow’s NFL games.

Within that lengthy video is commentary that is spreading a lot on the pessimistic YouTube arena.  Poorer people desperate to feed themselves and their families, a mix of genuinely actual at risk now as well as what you call middle class feeling the pinch and worried about becoming the genuine at risk - that’s an entirely different breed of angry than what the U.S. is used to.  The narratives about increased expectation in crimes from shoplifting to make ends meet to full blown food riots are taking root.  And it’s worth pointing out that a gematria story about any sort of resolution to when SNAP benefits resume does diddly squat about how it’s going to affect your personal finances.

EXCEPT.  Gambling has reached epic proportions.  The Robin Hood banking app offers gambling.  For now this is worded diplomatically as something like, “Blurring the lines between investment and gambling.”  Which is itself Orwellian doublespeak for “It’s  fucking absolutely gambling, but it’s sanctioned by the blooming authoritarian leadership so don’t you dare call it anything but investment.”

Coffezilla video on gambling epidemic:

Now in addition to hidden traps on traditional sports betting, things like the endless prop bets and teasing on top of the actual more normal win or lose the game you can bet on all kinds of not sports stuff.  Elections including papal enclaves, pop culture like award show winners, and even when the government shutdown will end.  If it can be argued about at the bar where you can conflate your subjective opinions with actual facts, you can bet on it and simultaneously be a total bad ass genius, even if you lose.  We aren’t going to be surprised if it turns out gematria sports has been secretly funded by sports betting companies.  There’s too much easy money for this to go away.  Ever.

On the other hand, there’s gambling with retirement savings.  Like sports betting any influencer willing to take up sponsorship dollars is going to put up a disclaimer saying you should be careful with gambling, retirement advice is going to warn of investment risk.  And retirement scams are reaching epic proportions.

I’m sooooo much smarter than these poor people!  Don’t you date mess with my investment rate of return!!!!  Yeah, maybe you should hedge that stock portfolio with a Polymarket bet on when a food riot breaks out.  I personally find the people in this category more annoying to deal with in  my everyday life.  The concept of the traditional retirement is evolving.  A million dollars goes less far than it used to in retirement than before.  But the ads before YouTube videos still hold that out as the magic number.  The difference now is WHEN you retire with a million dollars.  The job market is totally screwed now, globally.  There’s more people than jobs.  The number one thing to go for cutting costs is staff.  People rioting for food don’t tend to drive healthy investment markets upwards.

Clearly, there’s adults in the room to rationally discuss the issues are absent.  And finally there’s enough sustained protest and objection that show the more average of us recognize the core issue.  The wealth distribution systems are not working.  And the current so called leadership is not working on it.  They don’t have any intention of working on it.  Humans are pretty resilient and change will happen, but WHEN.  And what that will be is waiting for a gematria decode so we can pinpoint what is WRONG and narrow down what is RIGHT.

Prop Bets And Teasers - More Sports Betting Gematria Nonsense

Recap of Hubbard’s latest losing picksRelease the Epstein files<-->

You don’t need to get too far into the video for the relevant commentary.  And boy, if you’ve been waiting to start your own sports gematria grift you don’t need to go too far.  The material about prop bets and teasers is in here.   This is the master in action reciting how he adds prop bets and now teasers into the mix.  More numbers that might be.  More different magic numbers to hit.  And then you just need to weasel your way out of the fact that your misses far outweigh your hits.

As the creator and narrator of the video says, it’s almost like he picks everyone on a prop bets to score a touchdown.  If you’re into making a bunch of prop bets you’re almost assured to lose out in the long run.  Or be evenish or a little up while the total pool of prop bets like everything else is calculated out for the house to win.  Calculated by people who know what they’re doing with real math and statistics on their side.  If you’re just doing it once in a while for fun, cool.  But when added with the not so magical gematria narratives it turns in to a potential psychological weapon.  Make 10 prop bets.  Two hit.  See!  I was right!  My two suggestions pulled through and you’re a sucker if you didn’t join the advanced $20 a month tier for that information!!

But actually the interesting thing here is the addition of teaser bets.  That’s where something like take the bookie spread and bump it up by a little, a point or two, and it increases your chance of winning, but at a cost of lowering the payout.  And that reminds me of the way gematria gurus use date numerology for dates of death.

Back in the good old days when a billion people were putting out competing information about deaths, you could pick TWO different dates for the date of death.  The Gematrinator calculator still has this feature.  Do you include the end date or not?

The span would be starting with some arbitrary starting date (birthday, some type of anniversary, dates regarding the Jesuit order).  And if you wanted to dress it up and be a little different than the other copycats looking at what Zach or Derek were saying you had an excuse to change 87 to 88, or 200 to 201, etc….

With a teaser bet, we’re applying the same “I get to choose multiple hits and still be right” logic.  Although the pick will be made based on the official point spread, you’ve been warned it might be a good idea to tease the spread up.  You need to properly translate the presentation of a teaser bet.

They’ll say:
The Bengals are a 7 1/2 underdog , but if the Chiefs win by nine than <something something gematria bullshit mumbo jumbo> so you might want to tease that up to 9 1/2.

They mean:
If the Bengals lose by 8 or 9 I’m still counting it as a hit.  Despite just telling you to take the unteased Bengals at 7 1/2.

And this is nothing different than other sports book gambling self proclaimed experts do.  They just don’t treat you to a meaningless gematria narrative along the way.  So they’re missing out on the chance to throw in a little right or left wing propaganda along the side depending on what’s in the news.  “Rituals” surrounding sports celebrity deaths still are and always be a thing.  People are that gullible.

Tragedy In the Global Chess Community

Release the Epstein Files<-->

The following is mostly my own opinions, even though many of my thoughts echo the sentiments of both the ordinary crowds making up the huge player and fan base of the chess community as well as known and respected chess celebrities.  (Grandmasters, YouTube content creators and the like.)

On October 19th, 2025 Daniel “Danya” Naroditsky passed away suddenly.  On that same day the speculation had already started, although between the shock and the respectfulness he and his family and close friends deserved the rumor mill was held at bay for a couple days.  The prevailing opinion is that Daniel committed suicide.

And sadly, this is conspiracy theory adjacent, since the pattern is quite similar to the way someone like Alex Jones has operated.  A few years ago, Kramnik became the self proclaimed savior of chess with a focus on stopping the rampant cheating.  He’s not wrong, the same type of personalities creating entire poker sites dedicated to fleecing people via AI have been working at chess - a new base of interest having exploded during Covid lockdowns.  And if you’re knew to the psychology involved hang in here and you might learn something.

Kramnik is a former world champion, a title legitimately earned with hard work and an abundance of natural talent he was the one to finally dethrone former world champion Garry Kasparov.  Kasparov arguably being the greatest to ever play the game.  (Personally I put him at #2 behind Carlsen.). But this was in the era where most serious tournaments were “old man’s chess”. You would literally play a game for hours before it concluded.  Kramnik’s public media posts come off to many as an aging pro who has lost his top notch abilities, completely natural just like physical sports.  And it’s difficult to read his written material without finding the touch of arrogance (which could be misconstrued as competitiveness) and the narcissism of a former star yearning for his former glory.

On the other hand, Naroditsky was a demon at the board for blitz chess.  Or rather the computer, because if you’re going to crank out dozens of blitz games in a few hours it’s much easier to play online.  His resume includes some impressive results in well attended Blitz tournaments.  Formidable enough at slow time controls, he was well known to have the particular skill set to excel at blitz, such as winning the game by playing well rapidly to run out the opponent’s clock.

Kramnik has taken it upon himself to focus on Daniel as the primary target for baseless cheating accusations.  His personal recaps on video are merely anecdotal and subjective evidence, therefore flimsy and weak.  He’s displayed a remarkable aptitude to misconstrue statistical information.  Personally, I believe this to be willfully misconstrued.  Much like a gematria using MAGA or an Alex Jones finding people to harass Sandy Hook parents troll he has a supply of diehard keyboard warriors more than willing to repeat whatever he says.

For more than a year, Daniel Naroditsky had online harassment directed at him, the source of which can by video evidence and other parties be shown to be Kramnik himself.  And although the screenshot shows he’s apologetic, any sympathy is hollow bullshit.  Bullet point #1 is simply not true.  It doesn’t even matter what the rest says.  Like gematria making up fake evidence or Jones crying hoax and false flag, Kramnik has a vested interest in his reputation.  And that’s not the reputation of being a nice guy, it’s his self appointed crown of being the bestest ever at catching online chess cheaters.  And there’s a reason you’ve never heard about something like him being the chairman of a foundation dedicated to chess cheating.  Twisting him being the source of Daniel’s negative state of mind into, “I’m the only one who tried to help.”  The conspiracy theorist style hypocrisy.

Daniel isn’t even the first victim of Kramnik this year, as another notable player, David Navarra, was brutally attacked a few months ago in much the same manner.  One of the top U.S. players, Hikaru Nakamura, was targeted.  That died down because Hikaru is pretty feisty and extremely self confident and brushed it off.  It looks like it’s not sufficient to be a competent speed chess player to get in the radar.  You need the trolls to find someone that you can get in their head, become a constant background irritant like a sand flea that you can’t get to.  And that quality, is

If you’re a nice guy snd competent, watch out.  Daniel was a fantastic commentator, coach, author, teacher and beloved by anyone who doesn’t worship Kramnik.  And that’s kind of the point.  Numbers wise a smaller scale than the online army Jones built up.  But it’s still an empire based on lies and disinformation.  Danya’s empathy shown through and that makes him a target.  Instead of a quality that should be a positive trait, one of the big rules of conspiracy style content is nice guys must finish last.  You don’t get away with being a conspiracy theorist by just ignoring the qualified, educated scientific opinion of a Fauci.  You must obey your cult leader and send out a death threat or ten.  You’re not a real man unless you wear your lack of empathy as a badge of honor.

The idea that you can cheat at a 5 minute per side blitz game is pretty ridiculous.  By the time you check what the computer says to play you’ve lost that extremely valuable asset in blitz - those precious seconds.

I offer this anecdote which I can track down if needed.  Magnus Carlsen loved to play against Danya in blitz chess.  There was pretty much this hierarchy in blitz chess.  Carlsen and Nakamura toe to toe the best.  After that maybe Alireza Firouzja, and after that Daniel.  On Carlsen’s wedding night after all the partying had finished he played blitz chess with Daniel.  Carlsen and the wife just had a baby boy.  While in the hospital waiting, Carlsen played blitz with Daniel.  You don’t get that kind of attention and respect from someone like a Carlsen if “you’re a big fat cheater and a terrible person.”

Officially there’s no final word that yea Daniel took his own life.  He was in record the day before admitting to taking Benadryl and having problems sleeping.  But so far its people are still quiet or have taken the time to voice that Kramnik was directly responsible for Daniel’s state of mind on the 19th.  The FIDE body has issued a formal statement about intolerance to harassment, but I doubt anything will come about with that.

What Happens if Toronto Wins the World Series?

Release the Epstein files<-->Tensions must be mounting as today I heard someone unironically say that Canada is acting like a bunch of assholes.  Yes, they’ve been consuming the Fox News version of trade negotiation media reporting.

Well, know that Canada has all the outward and not nuanced arbitrary labels and with Trump seeking to impose more economic sanctions on his own country, let’s speculate on the outcome of another country actively reigning supreme during the better part of the losing team’s country’s 250th birthday celebration.  What if the Blue Jays win the World Series of what was once called the U.S.’s national pastime?

Scenario 1, The Gematria.

This should be fairly simple.  The first rule of sports gematria is what until the game is over.  No matter what plays out regarding the following scenarios, the gematria takes remain the same.  Wait until the news is reported, find some meaningless small numbers, claim you were right.

Scenario 2, The Insurrection

If you weren’t aware, the Jays first World Series title was versus the Atlanta Braves back in 1992.  And what else is Georgia famous for besides the Braves?  Being called by election losers to magically find votes.  This already sounds gematria-esque levels of weird, but follow along it gets weirder.  In theory a declaration of war could be pronounced on Canada, but that’s not insane enough.  This is why we have had the reporting about making Canada the 51st state.  If any type of rushed democratic process is performed to make Canada U.S. state #51 if it wins, cool.  Which it probably won’t.  But there will be a phone call to the Braves from office to find the needed votes.  Then when that insanity fails it goes to the Supreme Court.  I’m not sure where they fall on sports fandom, they’re awfully busy with important stuff like ruining pregnant women’s access to life saving health care, but a couple well placed RV and vacation trip bribes should work.  Now that the mindless drones in the base have been appeased whether Canada likes it or not, BAM!  51st state.  And Trump has practice in inciting insurrection within his own borders.  Sales of the Trump branded hockey gear are gonna skyrocket as a lot of that stuff will come in useful in a fight.

Scenario 3, The Naval Bombardment

The Maple Syrup Cartel has gotten away with peddling their sweetened death upon complacent and obese U.S. Citizens for far too long.  No matter how much gets seized at the border it will never stem the slowly pouring brown liquid murder syrup from making its way in through all points of entry.  Blowing up a couple civilian fishing boats around the northern U.S. coastlines should do the trick for getting the ball rolling.  Maine is conveniently placed far north that the claim can be easily made that despite lack of evidence, blowing up Canadian merchant vessels at random can be justified as necessary.  Some key military Signal chats can be leaked.  “Remember MAINE!!”

Scenario 4, The Deportations

Wow there’s a lot of non-white sounding names on the current Blue Jays roster.  Even with upcoming trades there’s still going to be some.  And most of their games will be scheduled within the U.S.  The newly formed Deportment (not a typo) Of Canadian Illegals Leaving, Eh?  goes to work.  The calm sounding acronym of DOCILE will be great misdirection cover.  They can have Mountie Bounties and quotas for rounding up as many players on the Jays roster regardless of actual citizenship.  And families, friends, anyone who dares be in the same room as a Blue Jay.  Deport their asses too.  Hmmmm.  Canadians don’t dislike the cold.  Send them to Bermuda or somewhere else pleasantly warm.

Scenario 5, The Trade War Escalation

20,000,000,000% tariff on any player traded from the Jays to an American team.  Although no roster will have cap room for any other team members this will isolate Canada from the U.S. for the foreseeable future.

Scenario 6, Releasing the Canadian Epstein Files

Maybe not what you’re thinking.  The previous ludicrous claims and contradictions remain the same, with one small change.  Biden and Obama are Canadians.  Prince Andrew - Canadian.  Bill Clinton - Canadian.  Michael Jackson - Canadian.  Everyone ever mentioned even sideways related to Epstein File activity - Canadian.  And Trump himself - Canadian because he’s special and it doesn’t matter how much actual evidence there is, so might as well be Canadian.

And throw in a Canadian version of a Nobel peace prize for Trump chickening out on any of those scenarios.

Qanon - Intellectual Round Tripping

There’s been much talk about the warning signs of a huge AI bubble.  A lot of that has to do with the morbidly rich playing around with their excess hoarded cash in a giant pissing contest to get more.  Because you not having affordable health care doesn’t help their ranking in the list of top global assholes.  Within that framework is a lot of fake activity.  A big circular pool of fake transactions that all make the players involved superficially look healthier economically than they really are.  And when charted it looks something like this:

The fraudulent activity that you’re not allowed to talk about is called round tripping.  And you can pick lots of valid articles to read about it with an unbiased Google search.  For example:

https://financialcrimeacademy.org/red-flags-in-round-tripping/

You’re not allowed to talk about it now because it’s awfully close to hitting home about what Trump was actually charged with.  “Look at how awesome my businesses are!  Sure I deserve a better insurance rating!  Look at how poor I am!  Sure I deserve to not pay taxes!”

Since being declared a terrorist for even insinuating that there’s something wrong about it, I won’t even mention Trump’s self contained bubble of fake economic double talk.  Let’s make up a small scale example.

Your brother wants to get a loan to buy a house.  And if his landscaping business looks healthy he can get a great rate, something necessary to make it work in this several generations of economic insanity that means ordinary kids today will never get a loan.  He cuts your grass for free, but you both agree that you’re going to pay him a million dollars a week to cut your grass.  On paper.  In return, you pay him a million dollars a week to keep his records.  You do bookkeeping work for the church, so that superficially looks good.

If the books are only superficially glanced at then the revenue on the income statement looks awesome.  It’s just the questionable lack of cash on the balance sheet to support the revenue that’s a problem.

And this entire cult pyramid structure is an intellectual round trip.  And Qanon and Qanon adjacent activity like sports gematria scams plays a bigger part than you may be willing to admit.  Anything for a piece of that sweet online grifting bubble pie.

Regardless of which side the online grifter chooses to target the assets of emotionally supercharged unthinking drones are available.  The broadest and not nuanced brush stroke I’m willing to paint is that pro right tends towards anything money related, particularly not paying taxes.  Pro left is the resistance that points out the evils of the pro right, who cowardly crumble with a, “Well, there’s nothing I can do about it without you giving me more money.”  And you have the moderates who play both sides of the fence.

Eventually, the conspiracies for the extremes build up.  And extremism is a word that gets used more and more now.  Going to school for a career that is labeled as independent is a tough wake up call when thrown into the real world.  Your lawyers, accountants, economists, investment bankers, and landlords are told there is a code of ethics.  On the surface the code is unbiased.  That CPA isn’t just a certified accountant.  That CPA is an INDEPENDENT auditor.  Judging the books on the merit of the numbers alone.  That landlord is following the edicts of the FAIR HOUSING ACT, not making decisions based on skin color.  That lawyer will be disbarred if he doesn’t follow the rules.  And if you want to be an ordinary and mostly moderate just trying to feed the kids, well, what are you supposed to do for advice when in practice the advisors are constantly covering up bad numbers because the government is constantly covering up bad numbers?  You’re not simply allowed to be peacefully left alone.  The online push for extremism to pick a side requires a lot of response to outside stimulus to finally pick a side.

The potential whistleblower has to deal with the Qanon intellectual round trip.  There’s always that background noise of hOlY sHiT tHeSe MoThErFuCkErS aRe ViOlEnT aNd CrAzY.  Maybe in public I should just go with the flow.  Not call them out.  Not even give the slightest hint that I’m anti Trump in even the most basic of circumstance like tariffs not actually working.  I don’t want to be the guy that has the crazy man with the hammer trying to beat him to death.  Let somebody else arbitrarily labeled as the terrorist liberal be that guy.  An emotional currency traded on social media activity with no numbers or facts to support anything.  Go up the food chain to Fox News.  Hey, I don’t need to support the really weird shit like Pizzagate.  But the coworkers are all talking about what they heard on Fox News.  I’m not dumb enough to give the Pizzagate story any serious credibility.  But maybe I can skate by with calling liberals libtards or woke DEI hires and I can fly under the radar.

And the more the cycle of unchallenged intellectual round tripping goes unchecked, the higher the chance that the belief in the extreme views becomes more ok.  It started with, “But what about my investments?” and gets pushed towards, “Yeah, let ICE go ahead and throw my neighbor in jail.  His skin is just the wrong color.”  A self perpetuating intellectual bubble.  Qanon for intellectual intimidation.  FOX for Trump is good for the economy and your investments.  And Trump as the guy willing to contradict himself on a daily basis and commute the sentences of criminals, lie about crowd sizes, and drop hints that he genuinely admires Hitler.  The toxic narcissist is a great source for unfiltered and self contained intellectual round tripping.

Today, I SHOULD be going to the local No Kings rally.  I’ve convinced myself and genuinely believe if somebody asked me to I would follow my moral compass and say yes.  But even I am not immune to cognitive biases while being functionally aware of their impact far more than the average person.  Instead of asking around to see if someone else is interested, I’ll probably just do what I do every weekend.  By myself like every weekend.  Because my personality IRL just screams out that I want nothing to do with Trump and the cycle of intellectual round tripping he and the other morbidly wealthy grifters have created.  And I don’t want anyone who doesn’t want to risk the unfair arbitrary label placed on them to think the cRaZy QaNoN and MAGA crowd to instantly get the trolling attention.

The Gematria Community - A Failure In Socialization

Gematria is a confirmation bias based scam<-->

Keeping with the recent theme, it’s time for a semi-regular reminder about the nature of gematria in theory and in practice.  Updated from its early days about 10 years ago to what’s going on now.

 Then
It was off to the races.  Decades of the education system being dismantled.  Decades of selling “The American Dream” as the goal to prove your worth in society.  A romantic partner (ultimately returning to the opposite of the gender you were born as), a family (ultimately returning to your own genes creating the kids instead of adopting someone of the wrong skin color), a house (ultimately returning to something newer generations can never afford), a picket fence because a little quaint nostalgia needs to kick you in the ass later in life when it all goes south, and a puppy or kitten or both (ultimately returning to another abandoned shelter pet that can’t be afforded). The math for the more ordinary people didn’t work without both parents being employed.  The time kids were at school was a sort of cheap day care.  And as the school boards were filling up with ultra conservative types believing more in prosperity gospel than vaccines, climate change, or the basic laws of physics the lack of real thinking was downplayed in favor of bullying those around you into recognizing you as the alpha in the pack.  And the more money you had was the proof that you deserved to be that top dog.

Entering into the fray we have the Alex Jones types of the world.  Where screaming as loud as possible about the evils of the world is the best way to get a podcast up and running.  Because railing against the wealthy elites and sucking your audience dry to make you wealthy being contradictory makes all kinds of fucking sense.  It’s only natural, whether it was gematria or some other scheme, that someone like a Zachary Hubbard would arise.  Where being AN EXTREMELY LOUD, CONDESCENDING DOUCHE BAG is the leader of a “community”.  And god I hate to use that word community to this day, because the ultimate goal is that nobody, absolutely nobody else, was supposed to have any actual role in the community.  The rhetorical style clearly shows that when he says, “I’m the only person that matters in the truth community!”, he means it.  Everyone else is just throwing out free advertisement for the king.  Sure, you might get a lot of Attaboys!TM thrown your way early on, but as soon as you challenge Cartman’s authoritah you WILL be put in your place.  You retard, you.  Did I mention the condescending rhetoric yet?

As the greatest example of conspiracy theory light content, gematria fit in well with all the so called truth seeking community activity.  The fundamentals, the actual creation of matching gematria was so easy a moderately smart person could do it.  And those moderately smart people weren’t getting the proper intellectual stimulus and looking for an outlet.  And that outlet was the leaders (another word I hate using since it’s a misnomer) in the so called truth community needing to be AS LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE DOUCHE BAGS GET MORE ATTENTION.  And that’s why the Internet isn’t such a great thing.  There’s more money to be made faking a quick fix to financial problems than by trying to catch up for decades of educational neglect with teaching people to actually think for themselves.  So the topics presented were the most lurid possible.  Just copy what Alex Jones and other loud mouths were talking about.  Did I mention the condescending rhetoric yet?

As I’ve proven above via my gematria calculator screenshots, in theory one could use gematria to spread a nonpartisan and friendly narrative.  And holy fuck could the world use a little getting along and cooperation right now.  The triple match, according to most gematria “standards” (yet another word I hate using in this context) should be compelling standing alone.  Imagine what someone with my high level of gematria expertise could do given the time to flesh it out with more magical connections.  BUT THAT’S NOT OUTRAGE PORNY ENOUGH.  In case, dear sheeple, I forgot to mention the condescending rhetoric yet, you need to pick topics that are as belligerent as possible.  Crisis actors in school shootings, every celebrity dies by ritualistic pagan sacrifice, covid is a hoax and don’t you dare make me get a vaccine that might save someone else’s life.  Did I mention the world needing a little more cooperation yet?

 Now

Well we really did it.  Now we have political leadership that doesn’t just not call out the lack of cooperation and condescending rhetoric (if I haven’t mentioned that yet), it embraces it.  It employs it.  It abuses the power at every chance.  Because there’s a lot more money in insider trading on a broken stock market than by passing cooperative legislation that might, oh, maybe lead to kids not getting shot and killed at school?  Yes, we really did it.  We’ve manufactured the biggest cult in history.  A cult that we’re supposed to simultaneously revere the LOUDEST AND MOST OBNOXIUS DOUCHE BAGS and fear their possibly not yet mentioned condescending rhetoric.  Don’t you dare challenge my anti immigration goon squad.  They are embracing their highly cooperative right to earn money by destroying the lives of others.  Others that in many publicized cases have done nothing but show cooperation and friendship.  In their actual not internet communities.

The gematria “community” doesn’t really exist any more.  The cult, learning the psychological tricks like endless gaslighting and effective use of projection has made gematria unimportant.  They didn’t think big enough.  They didn’t actually cooperate even the slightest among themselves for a long enough period to have any true staying power.  The stragglers might post an occasional piece for nostalgia; their white picket fence.  Some have residuals from unsubscribed Patreonage.  But mostly they just stick to a bit of sports decoding and take solace in their 50%ish success rate.  Probably yearning for the days when the could SCREAM ABOUT HOW SMART THEY ARE on the Internet.

Gematria Vs. Real Numbers - Motivated Numeracy

Maybe instead of continuing to complain about how not very bright and extremely gullible some people are, somebody out there needs an explanation based on actual scientific results and data.  Something geared towards the person with an interest in a statistical analysis about the highly polarized lunacy that pervades our political discourse, how we are psychologically driven towards extreme partisanship.  The above linked paper is for you.  I will share a couple of graphs and some of the basics here.  But I encourage you to sift through as much of the paper as your actual level of science and comprehension of statistics allows you.

I dare say that someone who is captivated by gematria will not bother to actually try to understand this.  They are either fully aware of the psychological tricks and are being actively manipulative, or they are in the thrall of someone who is.  Someone who has been training them to double down and remain closed minded.  While what the research seeks to do is show that as soon as Liberal Democrats vs. Conservative Republican is thrown into the discourse bias takes over.  Our brains shut down and cease to function in a rational manner.

For purposes of a non political issue to focus on a fictional experiment was outlined.  Creams to treat rashes must be tested as you don’t want to end up using something that might actually make the rash worse.  Even a neutral “didn’t do anything good or bad” resultant particularly desirable.  The product should actually work and show in a statistically large enough sample size that it had a benefit.

Focusing on the top two charts for now, study subjects were asked to identify from the data the effect of the skin cream.  Did use of the skin cream make the condition better or worse?  Please read the paper for detail of the fallacies knowingly involved in making an assessment based on the simplified data.  And instead focus on the politically supercharged gun control variation below.  It’s essentially the same scenario as the skin cream, but with guns.  Also note that randomly “better vs. worse” column headings and “increase in crime vs. decrease in crime “ headings were assigned.

What the hell is numeracy?  It’s the ability of someone to get meaningful information from numbers.  When the data was summarized, as predicted people higher in numeracy were more often able to correctly assess the data for the skin cream scenario.  However, as soon as politics was thrown into the mix, not only did political polarization increase false assessments, it was worse for higher numeracy.  The bottom right chart, the high numeracy conservatives think gun bans increase crime, the high numeracy liberals think guns reduce crime.

Your confirmation bias based on political belief is an off switch to even remotely trying to analyze a set of data points.  As soon as more or less GUNS are mentioned, the brain goes on vacation.  I’m sooooo smart.  This is soooo easy.

If you are unlucky enough to get cornered in a fake debate with a gematria user, let them know about this study.  Challenge them to read through it and get back to you when they can rationally and calmly explain that they understand it in a manner that demonstrates they actually do.  Don’t let them waffle around with Whataboutism? as it has nothing to do with this.  Kobe Bryant = 113 doesn’t have anything to do with skin cream or gun bans in this context.  They will not have the slightest clue what this means.  Science literacy has been attacked deliberately for decades so the masses do not understand these things.

My MLB Playoff Predictions.

On Bluesky, I’ve finished making my wildly not popular playoff predictions.  And I’m not going to bother with the last division series game later tonight.  Since the entire process was just to make a background for this post it became beyond tedious.  Perhaps now a few people on Bluesky will see this and get the point.  Other than that it was just another couple of minutes chore everyday for a bit.  And maybe I did get a new found appreciation for how tedious the life of an internet grifter must be.  At least those grifters are looking at what’s trending and basing their material on what’s a hot topic instead of what’s actually accurate news.

In the future, at a quick glance it will appear that I made a correct prediction for every game in the wild card and division series rounds.  That’s one of the big red flags right there something not legit was going on.  That was 28 right and zero wrong.  A record so unrealistic I doubt any would be gematria sports betting scammer would try to lay claim to.  Something like 25-3 would be psychologically better.  Close enough to perfection to be awesome without being a little bit weird.  Like politics, it’s not about your record and character.  You just have to give the illusion you are a better person than the competition.  At least when you rely on fake news to pump up your own image when your talking points are complete BS.

Adding to the illusion:

On Bluesky, the age of the post shows in the upper right hand corner.  That’s 10 months in the case of this gematria related top viewed post here.  Plausibility is set up for the future.  A quick fly by will show that all my picks were made in early and mid October.  But it was simple using a scammer mindset to get that perfect record.

I just waited until the morning after the games were played, looked at my ESPN app and claimed victory.  I even threw in some sports fan lingo to not make it sound too robotic and repetitive.  The only thing missing was I didn’t take the time to insult anyone by putting in gematria numbers.  My profile makes it clear that I’m not looking to run that kind of operation.

And that is one of the two main weapons of sports gematria schemes.  Wait until the game is over.  Focus on who won and produce a list of magical connections after the fact.  It worked for Nostradamus, so why not update it for this day and age?  A Nostradamus style prediction would be today claiming, “A lamb shall arise in the east and the winds will howl as the demon awakens from its slumber.”  Then people years later will start filling in the blanks through their own biases.  A gematria after the fact prediction just substitutes  <QB name> = xxx, <All time record vs. opposing team> = xxx, <Final score> = xxx.  And ignores the literal millions of things that make no sense at all.

This approach doesn’t work well for those that have structured their thinking logically.  Claiming you’ve made a prediction when it’s clearly the morning after.  Yeah, you are going to get called out on that.

If you’re not going to try that approach.  Well, then you have to pick both teams before the game starts.  Which runs into the same problem, the smarter people are going to pick up on that something is not legit.  You are claiming to make predictions that are magical in nature, yet you never actually make a prediction.  “The Broncos have the upset narrative with 46, but gosh the Eagles have a great record away in head to head match ups, so there’s that 17 narrative.”

Either system results in the same outcome.  It’s what’s known as lying your ass off about your record when you put out new content in the future.

And that’s where gematria gambling content starts to get tricky when commandeered for propaganda purposes.  The more outrageous the content = more views.  Sports celebrities pass away all the time.  Even that offensive tackle that only played two seasons has a name and number and a team name.  Being disrespectful to their families and whatever legacy they’ve left behind is of no concern.  It’s part of the rabbit hole, the pipeline that normalizes talking about death casually  - whether it was natural causes or something spectacular when gematria gets used it’s turned into a supernatural forces of evil foretold their murder of this person because they love to mock the common folk.  And you are that common folk.  We know that because you are posting comments on YouTube videos indicating that you are actually basing wagers on someone reporting the results of yesterday’s game or who picked both teams to win.

Mister Education

Due to copyright restrictions I’m unable to call him Mr. Ed.  That sentence alone will likely get me banned from the Internet, but we’ve had a good run.

Basic education has not been too educational for decades, and boy howdy did it come back to bite us (the world) in the ass, didn’t it?!?  After WWII the big favorites for top dog got nervous about each other.  The atomic bomb didn’t just horrifically savage lives by the blast, it proved beyond any serious doubts that technology was outpacing government capacity to deal with properly socializing the angry masses.  Russia chose the, “Hey we’ve always been an imperialist autocracy, so let’s just call ourselves communists and keep going that way.”  The U.S., “Hey capitalism is GREAT for rich assholes ruining the lives of those that are exploited, let’s have slaves instead of calling them slaves” angle.

Whether you wanted to go with the mad scientist getting top notch funding for tech advance or the educate the masses so education could be privatized into a wealth extraction capitalist scam, the superpowers and smaller players did give us a bright and shiny moment of, oh about 25 years from 1948-1973ish.  The American dream idea.  Mom and Dad got decent paying jobs.  But they actually had to spend time at work and it’s perfectly natural that SOMEBODY had to socialize the little brats.  So let’s underpay teachers, but talk up how great it is to be involved in the education.  And let’s make sure that toxic masculinity, unscientific religious values, and racist/xenophobic/bad economic & political info gets equal voice because FREE SPEECH DAMMIT!  And guns because, REPRESENTATION WITHOUT CONFLATION MEANS I NEED MY EQUALIZER SINCE NOBODY LIKES ME!!!  DAMMIT!!

The Internet finished off the last vestiges of humanity in an ultra competitive and toxic social environment.  Throw little Johnny in front of a smartphone and now he’s smarter than everyone because of Mr. Ed.  Or rather let’s call him Mr. Gematria because that’s what he calls himself.  Calculus and Trigonometry?  Totally unnecessary.  History?  We’re just going to change it.  English?  You don’t need to be great at English to not pay your bills, break alliances, parrot ludicrous tariff misinformation or lie about climate change.  But a little gematria, yeah that’ll fix everything right up.

Mr. Gematria’s YouTube channel is in its infancy right now.  Testing the waters to look for what sinks and what swims.  The three week old 9/11 conspiracy video has 2.6k views, the others from about 20 to 100 views.  And just like yesterday’s story these paltry view counts are all that could be mustered with over 6k subscribers.  I’d suggest the math doesn’t work, but the anti-science movement has ruined my education.

But he is trying.  Along with the undying 9/11 BS, there’s a They Live gematria recap and other openly titled conspiracy theory material there’s the latest video about a day old.  Super Bowl 60 & Bad Bunny.  And if you hadn’t had a reason to sell your soul to gematria confirmation bias Qanon cult insanity, you get the high quality intro that Zach would be proud of.

Don’t forget to like the video, fuck faces.

And he didn’t even say, “Please?” like one would expect coming from a Mister.  Although since education and even basic social skills aren’t called for in this day and age we can be sure that a gematria channel titled Mr. Fuckfaces is out there.  Somewhere.  Because nothing makes a person surrender they’re lunch money like being called a fuck face.

Just a short flyby on some of the video material, the gematria quality - sucks.

The actual calculator is serviceable and does yield “correct” gematriot.  If that can actually be considered a real thing.  But the narrative and especially the quality of matches and how they are presented is lacking.  There’s Phraseshoppping aplenty, and the picture- that’s 72.  Because you drop zeroes and rearrange stuff all the time and that makes all kinds of sense.  If you want to teach the next generations of fuck faces to build hydrogen fuel cell reactors in their basement, you’re going to need them to park their butt in school and pay attention to a fairly simple reality that 72 and 270 are different numbers.  At least long enough to get a large enough crowd you can divvy out Attaboy!’s to that can influence the next election.

AI Slop Takes Up Gematria

There are a couple other channels out there that share the same format.  Those are biblical gematria, and frankly not my cup of tea.  Too legit.  But this one, that’s got all the warning signs of low effort AI generated content.  And it also looks like there’s at least a pause if not having been abandoned as not working out.

Looking through some of the stats we see some contradictions.  Created in late June 2025.  Over 4000 videos.  93 subscribers.  Yet the oldest videos are from two weeks ago.  Typically put out dozens of short videos in a single day, none of which comes close to approaching the 93 subscriber count.  Some don’t even have any views.  Basically, it’s a dead zone that hasn’t found its footing and nobody cares about.

The content does match the channel subscription, that being a genuine mix of real math (Fibonacci series, logic problems and math, infinity) and bullshit math (gematria, dream numbers).  It’s going to need a serious boost of propaganda money generated astroturfing to take off though.  Even a genuine talking point of confirmation bias clouding judgement in gematria isn’t getting any traction.

Gosh I hope I didn’t stay there too long and give that video its first view.

Rounding out the list of red flags we have thumbnails of pretty girls of which there are only four repeated over and over, and a robotic sounding AI voice doing the narration.  You never see a human doing the narration.  This is part of what makes me think that the reason the latest video was 4 days ago.  There just isn’t a market.  It’s not…obnoxious enough.  Sure it was easy to set up and crank out thousands of videos in a short time, but without viewers, what’s the point.  Nothing gets engagement like a loud mouth spouting rage bait that will give your comment a like even though it’s hateful and would cause you to get popped in the face if you said it at your local bar, gym, library or Wal-Mart.

AI stealing jobs is one of those tricky issues that adults in the room should be discussing.  Back at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution it was cheaper to have a machine do labor intensive manual jobs.  More and better machines, less humans to pay wages for.

We’ve reached a sort of “Holy Shit!” phase of late capitalism.  Education and training that goes extinct far sooner than a career and retirement planning can support is shifted to, “How do I buy gas for my car and afford to feed my kids TODAY?”

If you weren’t on the gematria bandwagon a decade ago, it’s too bad.  Not even low effort AI slop is going to resurrect a new age.  At least until some new crazy and probably violent weirdo comes along.

Picking Both Teams - The Gematria (H)Edge

Gematria, that wonderful and glorious intellectual cop out.  Although there is a huge social impact long term by encouraging short term thinking over long term planning, Gematria outside of sports doesn’t have quite the zing of some barely basic realities - like literally always being wrong as soon as you make a decision based on the numbers in your favorite gematria calculator.  Sure, you might want to prepare for that 1000th time someone predicted the Rapture will be tomorrow, or maybe your lonely because your incredibly bigoted and finding out your favorite fascism based target has bad gematria.  But sports gematria, that has a regular schedule.  And other than weather related delays or similar burps that game will be played.

The gematria cult leader that must appease the masses is painted into a corner.  If not explicit, it is at a minimum implicit that you have secret knowledge.  That you basically have super powers.  And even you are better at the magic than other mystic infused gematria psychics.  So how do you get by with the more than occasional wrong pick, especially with picking a whole bunch of games?  And you know you’re going to get grief during the playoffs and need to make some sort of narrative for every game?  You settle for being wrong LITERALLY every time by picking both teams.  You settle for the 100% chance of being both right and wrong every time in a two participant contest.  Actually, like a roulette wheel having 0 and 00 if the sport has the potential for a tie, you are guaranteed to be wrong more often, unless you want to be the trailblazer that starts making tie narratives.

That’s the source material, an old blog that Hubbard hasn’t used for years.  The playoffs are getting closer as the regular season rolls s drawing to a close.  Watch that master pick both teams.

There is little value in taking the Packers.  Carefully Nostradamus style vague wording instead of just simply stating a variation of, “The Packers will win tomorrow.”  And then the hedge.  The gematria edge since you can always find a counter when dealing with one, two, or three digit numbers.  “*If the Lions do lose they’ll….”  Congratulations.  You just picked both teams.

“Browns would improve…”.  “The narrative for a Bengals upset…”.  Even less clear than the previous example.  Simply putting out that there is a narrative that the only teams involved each have a chance to win.  Hardly a prediction.

Another leaner, and totally typical that it leans towards the favorite.  But adding, “most likely” to pro Bills talk doesn’t change how there is also, “The best narrative for a Jets upset…” wording to follow the leaning on the heavy favorite.

And it’s like that every week, week after week.  Then if you are caught up in the flashy fast paced chatter on the videos, like the partial positive reinforcement from slot machine winning spins, you forget those losses and remember the wins.  Especially when reinforced with the typical sports betting without gematria proclamations of making a killing, sticking it to the casinos, and being right all the time.  Never, ever mention that when you pick both teams you are also wrong every time.

This is why you never see any actual proof.  The only evidence is the gematria and the claims of the cult leader.  The blog post is a day before the games.  True belief in the system would be verifiable by posting actual betting slips for just one team the day before.  And that happens - never.  The income is not from belief in the mystical knowledge, it’s the subscription service selling the fake mystical knowledge.  Heck, the skeptical crowd would even be impressed by a less than perfect record.  Week after week of being right 75%-80% of the time, that would make a believer out of me.  But take a step back and learn the critical thinking skills of the skeptic.  There would be no need to sell picks if your system worked.

Now since Alex Jones style rage baiting with outrage porn is part of the mix it’s worth mentioning the Jews decodes.  In the meantime, while little Johnny is learning how to develop his gambling addiction by picking both teams, the daily bad news is also double coded.  This week we’re still seeing Charlie Kirk gematria.  Every tragedy brings up gematria stories.

Gematria.  Come to the community for the conspiracy theory lite gambling.  Stay for the trip down the Alt-Right pipeline.
